After reaching out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for assistance, we sent one of our expert Design Specialists out to his home to conduct a free inspection of the crawl space below. Upon entering and carefully examining the crawl space, the specialist discovered that many of the wooden floor joists in the crawl space had deteriorated and split. In addition, the joists lacked any proper support from below, causing the floors inside the home to feel unstable. A plan was devised to repair several of the floor joists and provide them with permanent support using our SmartJack system. Our production team promptly executed this plan, successfully repairing and fully stabilizing the home’s crawl space.  Now Marcelo and his family have a renewed sense of security, knowing that the foundation beneath their feet is permanently stabilized.
