We wasted no time completing a thorough inspection of the home and crawlspace area, where the majority of the damage was found. Our team determined that years of wear and tear, along with shifting soil conditions, had caused the wood support joists to deteriorate. We custom-designed a solution to solve this home's faulty foundation by installing SmartJacks. The SmartJack system is made of galvanized steel posts and beams that are custom-fit and adjusted to lift the floors back to level and create a permanently stable foundation. This project was a success and left the homeowner more than pleased with the results and future peace of mind.
