After giving LRE Foundation Repair a call, our Customer Care team scheduled a free inspection with one of our local expert Design Specialists. After assessing the crawl space, our Design Specialist created a comprehensive plan to stabilize the home’s floor joists with our SmartJack system and encapsulate the space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to help protect it from moisture issues. Pawan gave our team his approval to begin the work, and we started by encapsulating the entire crawl space with the CleanSpace moisture barrier. The CleanSpace system also includes a specialized dehumidifier designed to keep the air in the crawl space clean and dry throughout the year. Our team then repaired damaged floor joists, treated areas with mold growth, and installed the SmartJack system to provide durable and permanent support.
