After our Customer Care team quickly scheduled a free appointment with one of our local expert Design Specialists, they visited Josh’s home and entered the crawl space.
Upon assessing the crawl space's condition, our specialist observed moisture damage to many of the wooden floor joists and also noted that they lacked adequate support, causing the floors above to slope. A repair plan was developed to replace the damaged floor joists and provide permanent stabilization using our SmartJack system. After reviewing the plan, Josh gave our team approval to begin the repairs.
Our team carefully removed the damaged floor joists, replaced them with new ones, and installed the SmartJack system throughout the crawl space. Upon completion, Josh’s floors were fully restored to their proper level and are now permanently stabilized.
