It was discovered that many of the original block piers supporting the home’s floor joists had settled, causing the joists to lose support and slope. Many of the wooden support joists had also become heavily damaged due to the lack of stability beneath them. Our specialist created a customized repair plan that consisted of replacing the damaged floor joists and subfloors and providing them with durable, permanent support using our SmartJack system.
