Upon closer examination, our specialist found a lack of stable support for the floor joists, as several block piers had either settled or become displaced. To provide durable, long-term support, we created a plan to install our SmartJack system. In addition, we applied LumberKote to the wooden support joists to help protect against moisture damage.
