To fully protect the crawl space, we designed a comprehensive solution that included installing a new drainage system to remove incoming water and encapsulating the space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. After Joseph approved the plan, our team cleared out the crawl space, installed the drainage and CleanSpace system, treated the wood with a mold remediation solution, and added an EverLast crawl space door to create an airtight seal against moisture and pests. Drainage Matting Installation

The LRE team installs drainage matting on the crawl space floor to channel water into the drainage system and prevent it from becoming trapped beneath the plastic liner.

CleanSpace Moisture Barrier

The CleanSpace moisture barrier is a plastic liner installed throughout the crawl space to cover the entire area and prevent moisture intrusion and mold growth.

Crawl Space Sump Pump System

As part of the new drainage system, a specialized sump pump is installed to collect rainwater and channel it out of the crawl space through the drainage system.

Crawl Space Dehumidifier

A specialized dehumidifier is installed in the crawl space as a part of the CleanSpace system to keep the air in the space clean and dry throughout the year.
