Karen in DeLand, Florida, had recently remodeled her kitchen when she began noticing that the floors felt unstable under the added weight. Since her home included a large crawl space, she reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for an inspection to identify potential structural issues.
After a free evaluation by our Design Specialist, we designed a plan to permanently stabilize the home’s floor joists using our advanced SmartJack system. Once Karen approved the plan, our team installed each SmartJack in the crawl space, carefully adjusting them to provide strong, reliable support beneath the kitchen.
With the system in place, Karen can now enjoy her remodeled kitchen with confidence, knowing the crawl space beneath her home is permanently stabilized.
