Our team at LRE Foundation Repair recently assisted Timothy B. from Clearwater, FL with a tripping hazard caused by his uneven driveway. After conducting a thorough whole home inspection, our Design Specialists found unstable soils to be the root cause of the sinking and unlevel surface. To fix this issue, we used our PolyLevel solution, a fast-expanding polyurethane foam, to fill voids, solidify loose soils, and lift the concrete slabs back to a level position. Not only did we restore Timothy's driveway to its original condition, but we also provided a lasting solution that prevents future soil settling. Now, Timothy and his family can enjoy a hazard-free driveway worry-free!
Sharon’s concrete driveway in Clearwater, Florida, had significantly settled, creating a uneven surface that led to a major tripping hazard at the end of the driveway. After having already tripped over the uneven concrete, she reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for a reliable solution. Our Design Specialist inspected the driveway and identified soil settlement as the cause of the uneven slabs. To address the issue, we proposed lifting, leveling, and permanently stabilizing the concrete with our PolyLevel solution.
After Sharon approved the plan, our team got to work, injecting PolyLevel beneath the driveway slabs. This process carefully lifted and leveled the concrete, eliminating the tripping hazard and restoring a smooth, safe surface. Now, Sharon no longer has to worry about the risk of injury, as her driveway is stabilized and protected from future settlement.
In Clearwater, Florida, Jon’s carport concrete slab had severely cracked and sunk after the soil beneath it had settled, creating a major tripping hazard. Looking for a cost-effective alternative to full replacement, Jon contacted LRE Foundation Repair for help.
After a thorough inspection, our Design Specialist recommended our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to lift, level, and permanently stabilize the slab. With Jon’s approval, our crew injected PolyLevel beneath the carport to fill voids, stabilize the soil, and raise the slab back to its proper level. We then sealed the crack with NexusPro to prevent future damage and enhance appearance.
In just minutes, Jon’s carport was fully restored — safe, stable, and protected — all without the need for costly replacement.
Warren and his wife from Clearwater, Florida, had long been dealing with a troublesome tripping hazard that had developed in their home’s concrete driveway. After asking LRE Foundation Repair for assistance, our Design Specialist visited their home and discovered that significant soil settlement beneath the driveway had caused the slab to sink, creating an uneven surface. Our production team quickly stepped in and injected PolyLevel beneath the slab to lift, level, and permanently stabilize the concrete, eliminating the tripping hazard. Now Warren and his wife no longer have to worry about the threat of potential injury, as their concrete driveway is now restored to its proper level and permanently stabilized.
