Elizabeth’s concrete walkway at her home in Dunedin, Florida, had become uneven, with one of the slabs noticeably settling and creating a significant trip hazard. In search of a reliable fix before someone could get injured, she scheduled a free inspection with LRE Foundation Repair. Our Design Specialist visited her home, carefully examined the concrete, and determined that the underlying soil had settled, causing the slab to sink. Our team quickly stepped in and brought the sunken concrete slab back to level utilizing our PolyLevel solution. The trip hazard in Elizabeth’s walkway has been completely removed, and the concrete is now permanently stabilized, alleviating any concerns about potential injuries.
Tree roots had caused damage to Vincent's concrete driveway in Trinity, Florida, resulting in cracks and an uneven surface. Following an inspection by an LRE Design Specialist, the team at LRE Foundation Repair implemented the Two-Part Concrete Protection System to repair the driveway. This system includes the use of PolyLevel to level and stabilize the concrete slabs and NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints to prevent water intrusion underneath. Following the completion of the work, Vincent’s driveway is now not only repaired but also permanently stabilized against future settlement damage.
