The concrete walkway leading up to the front door of Lionel’s home had developed a troublesome tripping hazard, as the concrete slabs had settled, creating an uneven surface. After reaching out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for assistance, we sent one of our Design Specialists to inspect the walkway, confirming that soil settlement had caused the slabs to sink. Our production team stepped in and fully lifted and leveled the concrete walkway with our PolyLevel solution, effectively eliminating the tripping hazard. Now, with his walkway fully leveled and stabilized, Lionel can enjoy peace of mind knowing that the threat of injury at his home’s entrance is completely removed.
John's concrete walkway at his Homosassa, Florida, home had settled significantly, creating an uneven surface and a serious tripping hazard. Looking for a reliable and long-lasting solution, John contacted LRE Foundation Repair for help.
During our inspection, the design specialist identified that a nearby downspout was directing water toward the walkway, leading to soil erosion beneath the concrete and causing the slabs to settle.
To correct the issue, our team injected PolyLevel beneath the affected slabs, carefully lifting, leveling, and permanently stabilizing the walkway. With the surface now fully restored, John can enjoy peace of mind knowing his walkway is safe, smooth, and free of any tripping hazards.
Rodney M. noticed cracking and settlement to his sidewalk and driveway and had concerns about a foundation problem at his home in Holiday, Florida. He decided to call LRE Foundation Repair to see if there was an underlying issue that needed to be addressed. LRE completed a full home inspection, and through careful ground measurements and testing, determined that large voids and loose soils were causing the heavy weight of the concrete above to sink. LRE designed a solution to solve this problem using PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polymer foam material injected through small ports in the concrete slabs that expands when in contact with soils, filling voids and strengthening the area. This material even expanded enough to lift the concrete drive close to two inches. Once the project was complete, this homeowner was happy to see his driveway and sidewalk not only lifted back to normal but permanently stabilized as well.
Janet from Lecanto, Florida, noticed that soil erosion beneath her concrete walkways had caused uneven slabs and dangerous tripping hazards. Wanting a reliable and lasting repair, she reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for help. After inspecting the walkways, our Design Specialist recommended filling the voids and lifting the slabs using our PolyLevel solution. Once Janet approved the plan, our team carefully injected PolyLevel beneath the concrete, restoring the slabs to their proper level and eliminating the hazards. For additional protection, we also sealed the joints with NexusPro, preventing water intrusion and future soil erosion. Janet was thrilled with the results and thankful for our crew’s work—her walkways are now safe, level, and permanently stabilized.
