The owners of a commercial property in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, faced a concerning issue with one of the concrete ramps leading up to their garage. The slab had split in half and sank, rendering it unusable. They reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free inspection with one of our Design Specialists to find out if the concrete ramp could be repaired. Our specialist carefully examined the concrete and discovered that a significant amount of soil underneath had washed out, creating a large void that caused the slab to break and sink. To fill the void and lift the concrete ramp back to its proper level, our team injected PolyLevel directly underneath the slab. The result was a completely even slab that is now permanently supported, stabilized, and ready for immediate use, much to the delight of the property owners.
Tamra E. was growing increasingly concerned about the cracks in the concrete patio of her guest house located in North Fort Myers, FL. She knew that the issue needed to be addressed immediately before someone got hurt. Our team at LRE repaired the concrete by implementing our Three-Part Concrete Protection System. This involved the use of PolyLevel to level and stabilize the concrete, NexusPro to seal the cracks, and DecoShield to seal the concrete while providing a uniform color throughout. As a result, the trip hazard was successfully eliminated and Tamra's patio now looks fresh and clean.
The concrete slab on the side of Valrie’s home in Indian Lakes Estates, Florida, which supports her AC unit and pool pump, had developed a major crack down the center, causing the surface to become uneven. She knew she had to get the concrete fixed before any damage could be sustained to the unit or pump, so she contacted us at LRE Foundation Repair for help. One of our expert design specialists visited Varlie’s home and conducted a full inspection of the driveway. Upon pinpointing erosion of the underlying soil as the cause for the slab to crack and sink, our specialist created a plan to implement our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully repair the concrete. First, our team leveled the concrete and stabilized the underlying soil with our PolyLevel solution. Next, they sealed the crack with NexusPro to prevent water from seeping below the concrete and causing further erosion. Valrie was very pleased with the results and can rest assured knowing that the surface her AC unit and pool pump sit on is permanently leveled and stabilized.
This walkway leading to David's home in Fort Myers Beach, FL, had become unlevel over time. This posed a tripping hazard not only to David but also to anyone who used the walkway. LRE Foundation Repair came out to inspect David’s home and found that the soil below the concrete was unstable, causing the slabs to sink and become uneven. To remedy this, the LRE team injected PolyLevel underneath the concrete to lift and level the slabs from below, providing permanent stabilization. With the problem solved, David no longer has to worry about the potential tripping hazard.
Sylvia in Fort Myers, Florida, contacted LRE Foundation Repair to address a significant tripping hazard in her concrete driveway, where two slabs had become uneven. After thoroughly assessing the situation, our expert Design Specialist explained that soil erosion beneath the driveway had caused the concrete to shift and become unstable. To resolve this, our team used PolyLevel to lift and level the settling slab, permanently stabilizing the driveway by injecting the solution beneath the concrete. Sylvia was delighted with our team's work and felt relieved that the tripping hazard in her driveway had been completely eliminated.
