The driveway to Dave's home in Riverview, Florida, had experienced significant damage that had been brought on by tree roots pushing up on the concrete from underneath. The slabs had developed severe cracks and had become uneven due to sections of the concrete shifting. Dave contacted LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. After a full inspection by an LRE Design Specialist, a plan was created to repair the driveway using the Two-Part Concrete Protection System. This solution involves the injection of PolyLevel underneath the slabs to lift and level the uneven concrete, followed by the application of NexusPro to seal the cracks and prevent water intrusion. Following the LRE team's successful implementation of the Two-Part Concrete Protection System, Dave's driveway is now fully repaired and permanently stabilized, providing peace of mind for the homeowner.
Jacqueline from Riverview, FL, needed to have her home's concrete driveway repaired after the slabs had settled severely, creating significant tripping hazards and large cracks throughout the surface. She called LRE Foundation Repair for help, and our Customer Care team scheduled a free inspection with one of our local expert Design Specialists.
After visiting Jacqueline's home and inspecting the driveway, our specialist determined that soil erosion beneath the slabs had caused the concrete to settle. A comprehensive plan was developed to fully level and repair the concrete using our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, our team injected PolyLevel beneath the slabs to fill the voids left by the eroded soil and lift the concrete back to its proper level. Next, the cracks that had formed across the surface were repaired and sealed with NexusPro.
Jacqueline was thrilled with the results, as her concrete driveway has now been fully restored to its proper level, with the tripping hazards eliminated and the cracks sealed.
Jacqueline in Riverview, FL, had noticed her concrete driveway becoming increasingly uneven, with significant settlement and large cracks creating multiple trip hazards. Concerned about the problem getting worse and worried that the concrete would need to be replaced, she contacted LRE Foundation Repair to find a solution.
During a complimentary inspection, one of our local Design Specialists determined that erosion of the underlying soil had caused the concrete slabs to sink. To repair the driveway, we developed a plan using our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. Our team first injected PolyLevel beneath the slabs to fill the underlying voids and carefully lift the concrete back into place. We then applied NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints, helping protect the surface from water intrusion, while also improving curb appeal.
Following the repairs, Jacqueline's driveway was restored to its proper level and stabilized, eliminating the trip hazards and sparing her the expense of a costly concrete replacement.
