Becky’s concrete driveway at her home in Tampa, Florida, had become severely uneven, with one of the slabs heaving significantly and creating a major tripping hazard. After reaching out to LRE Foundation Repair for assistance, we sent one of our Design Specialists to her home to thoroughly inspect the concrete. The specialist determined that an underlying tree root had caused the slab to heave and recommended addressing the issue with our comprehensive Three-Part Concrete Protection System. First, our team injected PolyLevel beneath the concrete to lift and stabilize the slabs, eliminating the tripping hazard. Next, the joints and cracks in the surface were sealed with NexusPro to prevent future water intrusion. Finally, we applied DecoShield to protect the driveway from chipping, flaking, and staining, while also adding a translucent, light grey tint for enhanced curb appeal. By the end of the project, Becky’s driveway was completely restored, with the tripping hazard removed and the enhanced appearance adding to her home’s curb appeal.
After dealing with constant flooding on her back patio, Kelly in Tampa, Florida, contacted LRE Foundation Repair for assistance in finding a solution. Following a thorough home inspection by one of our Design Specialists, a comprehensive drainage solution was developed to address Kelly’s flooding issues. This plan included the installation of a channel drain for the patio to collect and divert excess rainwater out to a perimeter relief drain. Our team carefully removed the necessary amount of concrete from the patio and installed the channel drain along the entranceway to the home, effectively preventing water from pooling in this area. Upon completion, Kelly was relieved that her patio's flooding issues were resolved, ensuring her foundation is now protected against water damage.
Chris’s pool deck at his Tampa, Florida, home experienced significant flooding during heavy rain, creating hazardous conditions for both his backyard and his house's foundation. Seeking a solution, he contacted LRE Foundation Repair to inspect the problem and design an effective drainage system. One of our expert Design Specialists visited Chris’s home and developed a tailored plan to install an EZ Flow French drain system around the pool deck’s perimeter. This system collects and diverts rainwater away from the area to a relief drain located away from the property. To provide additional support during heavy rainfall, a Liberty Sump Pump system would be installed to work alongside the French drain, helping to move water away from the pool deck at an accelerated rate. After reviewing and finalizing the plan with Chris, our team promptly installed the new drainage system. Chris’s pool deck is now equipped with an effective system to handle flooding during Florida’s torrential rainstorms.
In Tampa, Florida, Jordan noticed the wooden floors inside his home were starting to warp and became concerned about moisture issues in his crawl space. He suspected potential mold growth, so he contacted LRE Foundation Repair for an inspection and solution. After a detailed examination by one of our expert Design Specialists, we developed a customized plan to tackle the moisture problem by installing the CleanSpace™ Crawl Space Encapsulation System. This comprehensive solution involves sealing the entire crawl space with a waterproof liner, installing a specialized dehumidifier to control moisture in the air, and adding an exterior drainage system to remove any floodwater. With the CleanSpace system in place, Jordan can now rest easy knowing his crawl space is fully protected from mold growth and moisture damage.
After his crawl space flooded following heavy rainstorms, Leonel from Tampa, Florida, realized he needed a lasting solution to protect the space from moisture damage and ultimately safeguard his home's foundation. He contacted LRE Foundation Repair for help, and we promptly sent one of our Design Specialists to conduct a full inspection and craft a tailored solution. Our specialist quickly identified that the crawl space lacked both a moisture protection system and proper drainage to remove standing water. To address these concerns, we proposed installing our CleanSpace™ Crawl Space Encapsulation System alongside an exterior drainage system to fully protect the space. With Leonel’s approval, our team carefully sealed the entire crawl space using the CleanSpace moisture barrier and implemented an efficient drainage system to prevent future flooding. Leonel was very pleased with our work and now feels confident that his home’s crawl space is equipped to handle Florida’s heavy rainstorms.
