Cynthia in Ocoee, Florida, reached out to LRE Foundation Repair and asked us to inspect her concrete garage floor after noticing a large crack had spread throughout the surface. Following a thorough inspection by one of our Design Specialists, it was determined that soil settlement had caused the concrete to shift and crack as a result. Our team soon stepped in and repaired the concrete with our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, PolyLevel was injected directly underneath the garage floor to level the concrete and stabilize the underlying soil. Next, the team sealed the crack that had formed with NexusPro. Now, the crack in Cynthia’s garage floor is sealed, and the concrete is fully stabilized and protected against further soil settlement.
In Groveland, Florida, Tim's concrete walkway to his front door had become uneven due to sections being lifted by an underlying tree root. The resulting heave to the slabs had created a significant trip hazard and injuries had already previously occurred. Wanting to prevent further injuries to himself and others, Tim reached out to LRE Foundation Repair in hopes of finding a solution. Following an inspection by an LRE Design Specialist, a plan was devised to lift the slabs adjacent to the raised section using PolyLevel, creating an even, level surface. In addition, the walkway would be further protected by sealing the joints with NexusPro to prevent water from seeping beneath the concrete. After the LRE team implemented these solutions, Tim's concrete walkway was leveled and secured, making his trip hazard worries a thing of the past.

In Groveland, Florida, Andrew sought an effective drainage solution for his home after experiencing significant flooding around the perimeter of his foundation following heavy rainstorms. He reached out to LRE Foundation Repair, and we sent one of our expert Design Specialists to assess the situation. After a thorough inspection, our specialist recommended installing an EZ Flow French drain around the home's perimeter. This system collects and diverts pooling rainwater through an underground drainage pipe to a pop-up relief drain located away from the property. Additionally, the downspouts from the roof’s gutter system will be directly connected to the underground drainage system to improve water diversion and prevent rainwater from pooling around the foundation's base. Once Andrew approved the plan, our team installed the new drainage system, effectively addressing the water pooling issue. With this system in place, Andrew can now feel confident that his foundation is protected against potential water damage.
