Severe soil erosion beneath Dorothea’s concrete walkway at her Safety Harbor, Florida home had caused a slab to crack and sink. Seeking a reliable repair solution that wouldn’t involve replacing the concrete, she reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair.
After a thorough inspection by our expert Design Specialist, we developed a plan to lift the slab back into place and permanently stabilize it using our PolyLevel solution.
Once Dorothea approved the plan, our team began injecting PolyLevel beneath the slab to fill the void left by the eroded soil, successfully restoring the slab to its original position. Dorothea was extremely pleased with the results, as her concrete walkway was fully repaired and stabilized, eliminating the need for a costly concrete replacement.
In St. Petersburg, Florida, Caprish noticed growing settlement damage in her garage, including large stair-step cracks forming in the walls. Concerned the issue would worsen, she reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for a permanent solution.
Our expert Design Specialist conducted a thorough inspection and found that the soil beneath the side of the garage had settled, causing the foundation to sink. To correct the issue, we proposed installing our helical pier system to lift and stabilize the affected section of the foundation.
With Caprish’s approval, our team installed the piers deep into the ground until they reached strong, load-bearing soil. Once securely bracketed to the foundation's footer, the weight of the garage was transferred to these stable layers, allowing us to lift the foundation and close the cracks.
Caprish was thrilled to see the damage reversed and now has peace of mind knowing her garage is permanently stabilized and protected from future settlement.

To address this issue, he opted for LRE's three-part concrete protection system. First, PolyLevel was utilized to level the concrete. Next, NexusPro was applied to seal expansion joints and cracks. Our Design Specialist visited and discovered trapped moisture in the crawl space, creating a humid environment that was likely causing the floor issue. The damp conditions also posed a risk for mold development, which could affect the indoor air quality.
Our Design Specialist created a plan to fully encapsulate the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. This comprehensive system completely seals the crawl space with a highly durable moisture barrier to prevent moisture penetration to the wooden structural supports and inhibit mold growth. In addition, a specialized dehumidifier is installed to keep the air in the space clean and dry all year round.
After reviewing this plan with Laura, our team began implementing this system, providing Laura’s home with the protection it needed. She was thrilled with the results, knowing her crawl space was now secure and safeguarded for years to come.
