George from Edgewater, FL, noticed that his concrete driveway had drastically settled over the past year, creating a large tripping hazard that needed to be repaired. After calling LRE Foundation Repair, we sent one of our local expert Design Specialists to conduct a complimentary inspection.
After closely examining the concrete, our specialist determined that the underlying soil had washed away over time, causing the slabs to sink. To restore the slabs to a safe, even level and provide permanent stabilization, our team utilized PolyLevel. Injected directly beneath the concrete, this two-part polyurethane foam quickly expanded to fill the voids left by the eroded soil and lift the slabs back into proper position.
Now, George no longer has to worry about tripping hazards in his driveway, as the concrete surface has been permanently leveled.
Karen in DeLand, Florida, had recently remodeled her kitchen when she began noticing that the floors felt unstable under the added weight. Since her home included a large crawl space, she reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for an inspection to identify potential structural issues.
After a free evaluation by our Design Specialist, we designed a plan to permanently stabilize the home’s floor joists using our advanced SmartJack system. Once Karen approved the plan, our team installed each SmartJack in the crawl space, carefully adjusting them to provide strong, reliable support beneath the kitchen.
With the system in place, Karen can now enjoy her remodeled kitchen with confidence, knowing the crawl space beneath her home is permanently stabilized.
The concrete slabs of the entranceway of a local church in Orange City, FL, had settled over time, creating serious tripping hazards that needed repair. The pastor of the church contacted LRE Foundation Repair for help, seeking a safe and effective solution without replacing the concrete. We scheduled a free inspection with our Design Specialist, and after assessing the site, they discovered that soil settlement beneath the entrance had caused the concrete to sink and become unstable. We proposed a repair plan using our Three-Part Concrete Protection System.
First, PolyLevel was injected beneath the slabs to lift, level, and permanently stabilize them. Next, NexusPro was applied to the joints to prevent water from seeping under the concrete and causing further settlement. Finally, SealantPro was added to protect the surface from chipping, flaking, and staining.
The result? A fully leveled and stabilized entrance that’s safe, durable, and ready for years of use.
John in Sanford, FL, had plans to resurface his home’s pool deck but needed to have the concrete repaired after the slabs had severely settled, causing them to shift and crack. He called us at LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection with one of our expert Design Specialists to explore available repair solutions. After carefully assessing the damage, our specialist informed John that the underlying soil beneath the pool deck had gradually eroded, causing the concrete slabs to settle.
We created a plan to implement our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully level and repair the concrete. John approved this plan, and our team began by injecting PolyLevel directly beneath the pool deck to carefully lift, level, and stabilize the slabs. Next, the cracks that had formed in the slabs were sealed with NexusPro to prevent water from seeping beneath the concrete and causing further erosion.
With the repairs complete, John can now confidently move forward with his pool deck’s resurfacing, as the concrete is fully leveled, repaired, and permanently stabilized.
In Geneva, FL, Lisa’s concrete back patio had become significantly uneven, creating a major tripping hazard. With plans to sell her home, she contacted LRE Foundation Repair to schedule an inspection and learn about her repair options.
After a thorough evaluation, our Design Specialist determined that settlement of the underlying soil had caused the patio slabs to shift and sink. To restore the surface, our team injected PolyLevel beneath the concrete to stabilize the soil and carefully lift the slabs back to an even level.
In just a short time, Lisa’s patio was fully leveled and repaired, allowing her to confidently continue preparing her home for the market.
