In Dunnellon, FL, Steve reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for help restoring his home’s concrete driveway after numerous cracks and tripping hazards had developed over time. Hoping to avoid a full concrete replacement, he scheduled a complimentary inspection with our Design Specialist to determine an effective repair solution. After discovering that settlement of the underlying soil was the root cause of the damage, we created a plan to fully restore the driveway using our 3-Part Concrete Protection System.
Steve approved the plan, and our team began by leveling and stabilizing the concrete slabs with PolyLevel. Next, the cracks and joints were sealed with NexusPro to prevent water from seeping beneath the slabs and to improve the driveway’s appearance. Finally, SealantPro was applied to the surface to protect against chipping, flaking, and staining.
Steve was very pleased with the results, as his concrete driveway is now fully repaired and protected against future settlement damage.
Torrey from New Port Richey, Florida, noticed cracks in her home’s exterior walls growing worse over the course of a year. She knew she had to act fast before the problem could worsen, so she called us at LRE Foundation Repair to request a free inspection of her home’s foundation. After sending our expert Design Specialist to her home to conduct the full home inspection, we discovered that the underlying soil beneath her home had settled, causing the foundation to become unstable and shift. We created a comprehensive repair plan that included permanently stabilizing and lifting the foundation back into its proper position with our helical pier system. With Torrey’s approval of this plan, our team set to work carefully installing each helical pier deep into the ground beneath the foundation until strong, load-bearing soil layers were reached. From here, the piers were bracketed to the foundation’s footer, and the weight of the home was successfully transferred to the competent soil layers. Our team then successfully lifted the foundation back into place, closing the cracks in the walls. With her home’s foundation now permanently stabilized, Torrey can now enjoy lasting peace of mind for many years to come.
In Palm Harbor, Florida, Mark contacted LRE Foundation Repair for help with his home's concrete walkway, which had become severely uneven due to tree roots beneath the surface causing the slabs to heave. The issue had become so serious that Mark and his wife were constantly at risk of injury from the significant tripping hazards that had developed.
After a thorough inspection by our Design Specialist, we developed a plan to not only level and stabilize the walkway but also provide it with enhanced protection and visual appeal through our Three-Part Concrete Protection System.
After the tree roots were removed, our team began implementing the comprehensive solution. We injected PolyLevel beneath the walkway to fill voids and level the slabs. Next, we applied NexusPro to the joints between the slabs to prevent water from infiltrating beneath the surface and washing away the soil. Finally, we applied the DecoShield Concrete Sealer, which protects the walkway from chipping, flaking, and staining while adding a translucent gray tint for a visually appealing finish.
Once the project was completed, Mark and his wife were thrilled with the results. Their walkway was now fully leveled, the tripping hazards were gone, and the concrete was both protected and visually enhanced.
Ralph in Palm Harbor, Florida, was worried about a dangerous tripping hazard that had formed where his concrete driveway met the sidewalk. Wanting to prevent potential injuries, he reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for a solution. During a thorough inspection, our expert Design Specialist found that soil erosion beneath the concrete had caused the slabs to settle. Using PolyLevel, our team quickly lifted and leveled the slab by injecting the solution beneath the concrete, filling the voids left by the eroded soil and providing permanent stabilization. Now, Ralph can enjoy a safe, level driveway without the risk of injury.
In Hernando, Florida, Sheila’s concrete driveway had become heavily damaged after the underlying soil settled, causing the slabs to sink and crack severely. Wanting to avoid the expense of a full replacement, Sheila reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for an inspection.
Our Customer Care team scheduled a free appointment with one of our expert Design Specialists, who carefully evaluated the damage and determined that the driveway could be fully repaired using our PolyLevel and NexusPro solutions. Our crew first injected PolyLevel beneath the slabs to lift and stabilize them. Then, they sealed the cracks with NexusPro to prevent water intrusion and enhance the driveway’s appearance. For added protection, we applied DecoShield to the surface, shielding it from chipping, flaking, and staining while giving it a clean, uniform gray finish.
By the end of the project, Sheila’s driveway was completely restored and transformed—leveled, sealed, and protected—saving her the cost of a full concrete replacement and giving her long-lasting peace of mind.
