A troublesome trip hazard had formed in Danielle’s concrete walkway, prompting her to seek a solution before anyone could get hurt. She reached out and invited LRE Foundation Repair to inspect the walkway at her home in Stuart, Florida. Upon examining the concrete, a Design Specialist discovered that significant soil erosion had created a large void underneath, causing it to settle. Our production team successfully utilized PolyLevel to lift the uneven slab back to its proper level while also simultaneously filling the void and stabilizing the soil. As an added layer of protection, NexusPro was used to seal the cracks and joints to prevent water from seeping underneath the concrete. Now Danielle’s concrete walkway is completely leveled and stabilized, effectively eliminating the troublesome trip hazard.
In Jupiter, Florida, the owners of a local warehouse contacted LRE Foundation Repair for help after voids beneath their concrete slabs caused noticeable settlement and cracking. After a thorough inspection by one of our expert Design Specialists, we recommended our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to restore stability and protect the slabs long-term.
Our team first injected PolyLevel beneath the concrete to fill the voids and lift the settled slabs back into position. We then applied NexusPro to seal the surface cracks, preventing water intrusion and protecting against future soil erosion.
Upon completion, the warehouse owners were highly satisfied with the results and can now continue their business operations with confidence, knowing their concrete is stable, level, and protected.
Anna from Jupiter, Florida, grew concerned when she noticed cracks forming in various areas of her home’s walls, a common sign of foundation settling. She contacted LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free inspection. One of our expert Design Specialists visited her home to assess the damage.
The inspection confirmed that the foundation was settling due to unstable soil beneath the home. Our specialist proposed a repair plan using our push pier system to stabilize and lift the foundation back into place. Once Anna approved the plan, our crew began work by driving each pier deep into the ground until reaching solid bedrock. Each pier was then securely bracketed to the foundation’s footer, transferring the weight of the home to the stable bedrock below.
The team carefully lifted the foundation to its original position, successfully closing the wall cracks. Now, Anna can rest easy knowing her foundation is secure, stable, and permanently protected against future settlement.
Alan from Jupiter, Florida, reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for help with repairing cracks in the concrete walkway in front of his home. After a thorough inspection by one of our expert Design Specialists, we found that the underlying soil had settled, causing the concrete to sink and crack. To address the issue, our team implemented our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, we used PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete by injecting it beneath the walkway. Then, we sealed the cracks with NexusPro to prevent water intrusion and improve the walkway’s appearance. Now, Alan’s concrete walkway is fully repaired and supported with long-term protection against further settlement damage.
Nadean in Wellington, Florida, faced a significant trip hazard in the concrete walkway leading to her home, where two adjacent slabs had become noticeably unlevel. She reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for a reliable repair solution to address the issue and prevent potential injuries.
Following a thorough examination by our expert Design Specialist, we discovered that the underlying soil beneath one of the concrete slabs had settled, causing the slab to sink into the ground and resulting in the misalignment.
To effectively address this issue and eliminate the trip hazard, our team employed our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, we injected PolyLevel directly beneath the settling slab to lift it and align it with the adjacent slab. Next, we sealed the joint between the two slabs with NexusPro to prevent water from seeping beneath the concrete and causing soil erosion. Upon completion, Nadean’s concrete walkway is now fully level, and the trip hazard has been completely eliminated.
