Concerned about moisture buildup in his home’s crawl space, Steve from Fort Myers, Florida, contacted LRE Foundation Repair for a reliable solution to safeguard his home. After a thorough inspection by one of our expert Design Specialists, we developed a plan to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. This system includes a durable moisture barrier that covers the entire crawl space, preventing moisture from seeping into the wooden supports and inhibiting mold growth. With Steve’s approval, our team quickly implemented the system, ensuring year-round protection against moisture damage. Steve can now have peace of mind knowing that his home’s foundation is safeguarded with a comprehensive moisture protection solution.
Joe from Fort Myers, Florida, grew concerned when major cracks began forming in the exterior walls at the back of his home—signs pointing to potential foundation issues. In search of a dependable solution, he contacted LRE Foundation Repair for a free professional inspection.
Our expert Design Specialist found that the foundation had settled due to unstable soil, worsened by repeated heavy rainfall over time. To address the issue, we developed a tailored repair plan using our helical pier system to lift and permanently stabilize the foundation.
With Joe’s approval, our team installed each pier deep into the ground until they reached strong, load-bearing soil. The piers were then securely bracketed to the foundation’s footer, allowing the home’s weight to be transferred to stable soil layers. Our team then successfully lifted the foundation back into its proper position, effectively closing the cracks in the exterior walls.
Joe was thrilled with the results and now has peace of mind knowing his home is structurally sound and permanently protected for the future.
Karen and Ron R. were enjoying retirement in their Sebring, Florida home but were growing tired of seeing cracks throughout their driveway, which was their favorite place to sit. Hoping to have the cracks removed or diminished, they called LRE Foundation Repair for a solution. LRE was able to inspect the area and determined that loose, shifting soils, voids, and tree roots were the main cause of the noticeable damage. Using a combination of services called PolyLevel and NexusPro, LRE was able to solve these homeowners' concerns with ease. PolyLevel is a polymer foam material that is injected through small drill holes in the concrete driveway and expands to lift areas of the drive while it solidifies the soils below. Once the driveway was stabilized, LRE used NexusPro to seal visible cracks and smooth out the concrete. NexusPro is a silicone-based, flexible sealer that protects the integrity of the concrete while smoothing out and diminishing the appearance of cracks. Once this project was complete, these homeowners were thrilled with the results and could enjoy their protected driveway for years to come.
Mike’s winter home in Sebring, Florida, had a section of the concrete driveway where the slabs had settled unevenly, creating a serious tripping hazard. Seeking a reliable solution, he contacted LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free inspection with one of our expert Design Specialists. After a thorough assessment, our specialist determined that soil settlement beneath the concrete had caused the slabs to sink. To restore the driveway, our production team injected PolyLevel beneath the sunken slabs, carefully lifting, leveling, and permanently stabilizing them. Now, Mike can enjoy peace of mind knowing his driveway is safe, level, and protected against future settlement.
Victoria from Alva, Florida, noticed that parts of her home’s concrete pool deck had become uneven over time, creating potential tripping hazards. Looking to address the issue, she contacted LRE Foundation Repair. We promptly sent one of our expert Design Specialists to inspect the pool deck. After a thorough assessment, it was determined that unstable soil beneath the pool deck had caused the concrete to settle. With Victoria’s approval, our team went to work using PolyLevel—a two-part polyurethane foam injected beneath the concrete to lift and stabilize it. In just minutes, the pool deck was restored to a safe, even level, eliminating the trip hazards for good. Victoria was thrilled with the results and can now enjoy her pool area with confidence and peace of mind.
