As part of the system, our crew installed a new channel drain in the driveway to capture and redirect rainwater before it could enter the garage. The team carefully removed precise sections of concrete, set the drain into place, and then restored the surface with fresh concrete for a clean, seamless finish. Following a full assessment of the property, a custom drainage solution was designed to control and redirect stormwater away from the home. A key part of the plan included installing a new channel drain across the driveway to capture runoff before it could flow into the garage. Our crew carefully cut and removed sections of concrete, installed the drain within the trench, and then restored the surface with new concrete to ensure a smooth, finished appearance.

With the system fully installed, rainwater is now effectively managed and directed away from the home, helping to protect Bailey’s foundation and garage from future water damage.

This product is made of a polymer-type foam material that when applied, expands to fill voids and lift concrete, and solidifies for compaction and soil stabilization.
