In Palm Coast, FL, Ramon’s concrete driveway had developed multiple tripping hazards after the slabs had settled and cracked. Concerned about safety, he reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for a reliable solution.
We scheduled a complimentary inspection, and our Design Specialist found that significant soil erosion beneath the driveway had caused the damage. To fully level and repair the concrete, we recommended our Two-Part Concrete Protection System.
After Ramon approved the plan, our team injected PolyLevel beneath the slabs to stabilize the soil and lift the concrete back to an even level. We then sealed the cracks and joints with NexusPro to help prevent water intrusion and improve the driveway’s appearance.
In just one day, Ramon’s driveway was fully leveled, repaired, and permanently stabilized - eliminating the tripping hazards and restoring peace of mind.
Ramon from Palm Coast, FL, needed to have his concrete driveway repaired after noticing an increasing number of cracks spreading across the surface and areas where the slabs had settled significantly. The resulting trip hazards from the uneven surface proved to be a safety concern, and he reached out to LRE Foundation Repair to find out what repair solutions were available.
We sent our Design Specialist to conduct a free and thorough inspection of the driveway, pinpointing soil settlement as the root cause of the issue. To permanently level and repair the concrete and avoid the costly expense of a complete replacement, we created a plan to implement our Two-Part Concrete Protection System.
Consisting of injecting PolyLevel beneath the driveway to level the surface and sealing the cracks and joints with NexusPro, this complete solution not only repairs concrete but also helps protect against future settlement issues. Ramon opted for this solution, and our team got to work.
Within one day, the concrete was restored to its proper level and permanently stabilized, removing the tripping hazards while also improving curb appeal.
Harold from Apopka, FL, reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for help installing an effective yard drainage system to divert rainwater away from his home and protect his foundation. After completing a complimentary inspection of Harold’s property, our Design Specialist created a customized plan to install a subsurface drainage system featuring strategically placed catch basins that would collect excess rainwater and redirect it through an underground drainage pipe to a relief drain away from the home.
Once Harold approved the plan, our team began excavating a trench for the drainage pipe and setting the catch basins in place. After the installation was complete, the crew carefully restored the yard using the previously removed sod and added gravel around the catch basins to guide water into the system.
Now, Harold’s home is well-protected from water pooling around the property, providing lasting peace of mind and protection for his foundation.
Carrie S. from Apopka, FL, had a trip hazard on her concrete pool deck that needed fixing. To solve the problem, she contacted LRE Foundation Repair, who sent a Design Specialist to examine the pool deck. The specialist concluded that the hazard was caused by loose soil beneath the concrete, which resulted in concrete movement. The specialist then recommended a two-part concrete solution to eliminate the hazard. First, PolyLevel was injected into the concrete to restore the slabs to their proper level. Next, the existing fractures were sealed with NexusPro to prevent them from expanding and to prevent water from seeping underneath the concrete. With these two solutions, Carrie's pool deck was restored, and the trip hazard was eliminated permanently.
Josh, a homeowner in Apopka, Florida, noticed his concrete front porch was gradually settling and pulling away from the house, leaving a noticeable gap between the porch’s column and the roof. After one of our expert Design Specialists carefully inspected the issue, it was determined that soil settlement beneath the porch had caused the concrete to sink. To solve the problem, our team used PolyLevel to lift the concrete back to its proper level, effectively closing the gap between the column and the roof. Now, Josh can rest assure knowing his concrete porch is permanently leveled and stabilized, with no further risk of damage.
