A homeowner located in Cape Coral, FL contacted LRE after growing tired of their unlevel driveway which was creating a concerning trip hazard. After LRE's concrete specialist evaluated the homeowner's concerns, it was determined that the soil beneath the slab had begun to erode. Thus causing the slab to sink and settle, resulting in the trip hazard. To remedy this issue, LRE injected their specially patented PolyLevel foam underneath the slab to lift and level the slab back to its original height. This homeowner no longer has to worry about unsafe conditions around their home.
Louis R. was growing concerned as he noticed his pool deck was sinking and large cracks were forming where it met the foundation. Before it could get any worse, he decided to call LRE Foundation Repair for some help. LRE completed a whole home inspection and determined that poor grading/sloping of the property toward the water accelerated the erosion process. Washed-out and loose soil conditions were causing voids and settlement under the deck, so LRE devised a solution that consisted of PolyLevel. This two-part, polyurethane material was injected under the concrete slab through small holes, and flowed through loose soils, expanding and filling the voids as it went. PolyLevel also lifts concrete slabs, like this pool deck back to level, and once the job was finished, the homeowner was thrilled his pool deck was level, cracks closed, and could finally rest easy knowing it was permanently stabilized.
After dealing with his sidewalk trip hazard for years, Terrance M. of Cape Coral, Florida finally decided to deal with the problem once and for all. LRE Foundation Repair visited Terrance’s home and found unstable soil underneath the sidewalk, causing the slabs to become unlevel. LRE utilized their PolyLevel system to raise the sidewalk back up to its original elevation. Terrance’s sidewalks are now permanently level and smooth, eliminating trip hazard worries.
Carol W. had been dealing with large cracks throughout her pool deck, many of which were tripping hazards due to the size. Once her pool started leaking, she knew it was time to tackle the problem. She called LRE Foundation Repair for a solution. Once LRE arrived and completed an inspection of the property, they determined that large voids were present under the pool deck and patio due to washout and unstable soils. LRE designed a remediation plan using PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a polymer foam material that is injected through small drill holes throughout the patio and expands once entering the soil below. PolyLevel can expand enough to fill all voids and lift large sections of the patio back into place, eliminating trip hazards and cracks. Once the project was completed, the homeowner was more than pleased her patio was stable and releveled, and even more surprised her trip hazards were gone for good.
Dennis D. had been dealing with cracks throughout his pool deck in Cape Coral, Florida for quite some time. They seemed to be getting worse as the coping was pulling away from the deck, so he decided to call LRE Foundation Repair for help. LRE completed a full home inspection and determined washed-out soils over time had caused the pool deck to sink and crack, leaving way for moisture intrusion and mold buildup. To rectify these problems, LRE designed a solution that included PolyLevel injection and NexusPro application. PolyLevel is an expanding foam material that was injected throughout the pool deck to fill voids and lift the deck back in place. The second step, NexusPro, was used to seal all cracks around the perimeter of the pool, eliminating future moisture infiltration and damage. This silicone-based sealant is specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and UV protection. Upon completion, this homeowner was more than pleased to see his pool deck repaired and stabilized for good.
