Upon arriving at Gael’s home, our specialist determined that the settlement of the foundation had caused the cracking in the brick walls. To permanently halt further settlement and restore the foundation to its proper position, our team installed helical piers deep beneath the home, transferring its weight to stronger, more stable soil layers below.

Once the foundation was stabilized, our team carefully lifted the settled section back toward its original position, significantly reducing the cracks in the walls. First, our team injected PolyLevel directly underneath the settled slabs to lift them to their original level and create an even, smooth surface. Next, the joints separating each slab were filled with NexusPro to prevent them from cracking and allowing water to intrude underneath the concrete. Following the completion of the work, Susan was delighted to see the trip hazards were completely removed, and her walkway was now level and permanently stabilized.
