Upon discovering cracks in the walls of his garage in Punta Gorda, Florida, Harley reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. Following a full home inspection by our Design Specialist, we quickly identified that soil settlement had caused a section of the foundation to sink. Our production team installed helical piers along the footer of the affected section of the home’s foundation to lift it back into its proper position and provide permanent stabilization. As a result, the cracks in the garage walls were effectively closed, bringing Harley peace of mind that his home’s foundation is now secure.
Josephine was planning to sell her home in Daytona Beach, Florida, and asked LRE Foundation Repair to inspect the crawl space after noticing unstable areas in the floors. Upon careful inspection by one of our Design Specialists, it was found that the floor joists in the crawl space lacked sufficient support and showed signs of sagging. Our team quickly stepped in and installed the SmartJack system throughout the crawl space to provide sturdy and permanent support for the floor joists. With the floors now level and stabilized, Josephine can confidently proceed to list her home for sale.
Charles’s concrete walkway leading up to his front door in Daytona Beach, Florida, had developed a significant tripping hazard, which needed to be addressed to prevent potential injuries. Concerned, he reached out to LRE Foundation Repair, and our Customer Care team promptly scheduled a free inspection with one of our Design Specialists. After a thorough examination, our specialist determined that soil erosion had caused the concrete slabs to settle and become uneven.
To solve the problem, our Design Specialist developed a detailed plan to level the walkway and eliminate the tripping hazards by utilizing our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, our team injected PolyLevel beneath the concrete to lift, level, and stabilize the slabs. For added protection, we sealed the joints between the slabs with NexusPro to prevent water from penetrating beneath the concrete and eroding the soil further.
Once the work was completed, Charles’s concrete walkway was fully leveled and stabilized, and the tripping hazard was permanently eliminated.
