William from Groveland, FL, noticed that the floors in the bedroom of his log cabin home were sagging and asked LRE Foundation Repair to inspect the crawl space below for any structural issues. Our Customer Care team scheduled a free inspection with one of our local expert Design Specialists, who visited William’s home to assess the crawl space’s condition.
Upon discovering that the block piers supporting the affected section of the home’s floor joists had settled, our specialist created a plan to have our team install our state-of-the-art SmartJack system to lift the floors back into place and provide permanent support. William chose this solution, and our team went to work installing each SmartJack.
Once the system was fully in place, the floors in the bedroom of William’s home were restored with durable stability, giving him peace of mind knowing this section of his home’s foundation is now permanently secure.
Joe in Eustis, Florida, needed his concrete driveway repaired after severe soil settlement caused the slabs to crack and become uneven, creating multiple tripping hazards. He called LRE Foundation Repair, and one of our expert Design Specialists conducted a thorough inspection to provide a solution that didn’t require replacing the concrete.
Our specialist recommended the Two-Part Concrete Protection System to level the slabs and repair the cracks. Joe approved, and our team got to work: first, PolyLevel was injected beneath the concrete to permanently lift, level, and stabilize the slabs. Next, NexusPro sealed the cracks and joints to prevent water from seeping underneath and causing future soil settlement.
When the project was complete, Joe’s driveway was fully restored, leveled, and protected against future settlement damage.

Concerned about potential injury to himself or others, he reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection and explore available repair solutions.
We sent one of our expert Design Specialists to James’s home to inspect the concrete and discovered that soil erosion beneath the driveway had caused the slabs to settle. To address this, we developed a comprehensive repair plan using our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully level and restore the driveway.
First, our team used PolyLevel to lift, level, and permanently stabilize the slabs by injecting the solution directly beneath the concrete. Next, the joints between the slabs were sealed with NexusPro to prevent water from seeping below the surface and causing further soil erosion.
Upon completion, James’s concrete driveway was fully leveled and permanently stabilized, giving him peace of mind knowing the tripping hazard has been eliminated for good.
