We had a problem with rain water collecting in the corner of the pool deck, which seeped into the Florida room. We called several contractors and none of them were able to offer a solution. We saw an ad on Facebook for LRE and thought we would give them a call. Rick came out and looked over the area. He knew right away what needed to be done. He said they could install an exterior drain and pitch the cement in a way the water would drain away from the Florida room. We received a quote and went ahead and scheduled the work for a Thursday. Rick called and said they could come Tuesday if we were available and this worked out for us. On Tuesday, Rick and his assistant arrived exactly on time. They explained what they were going to do and got to work. Aside from them taking a much needed lunch break, they worked the entire time and finished the project in one day. They cleaned up any signs of mess and left the site in perfect condition. The drain is exactly what was needed and we no longer need to worry about the heavy rainy season. I can't thank Rick or LRE enough. I'm so pleased with the work they did and I highly recommend them for any of the services they provide. 

We had LRE come out and give us a quote on a standing water/drainage problem at our new home. Protecting the foundation was paramount for us. The quote was detailed and seemed proficient. Day(s) of, the crew was on time both mornings and on day one, asked my opinion on what the pre-drawn plans called for. They installed a modified French drainage system, incorporating two downspouts that were the main problem of standing water when we had significant rain. They were very professional, and pleasant and worked their butts off, hand digging with precision into, not typical Florida sand, but a mixture of black dirt and clay. When completed, it looks awesome. The tie-ins into the downspouts look secure, and clearly professionally done. The rock section where the water will percolate out is awesome. They replaced our sod afterward and even watered it. You wouldn't even know the system is there if I didn't tell you. Don't waste your time calling anyone else!

We were so impressed with the excellent work Rick, our foreman and crew preformed installing our irrigation system to stop the outside flooding. Rick is an experienced, skilled professional. He took us through the process with confidence from beginning to end. Their clean-up was impeccable, and so appreciated. We highly recommend them to deliver a honest, professional, and quality project. Also, a shout out to Zac our salesman! We immediately knew he was very experienced with irrigation/ flooding problems. He was honest, no pressure and genuinely wanted to give us the best solution.

I have to say, since I moved to Florida 8 years ago I have had a lot of work done by different contractors and NONE were as professional and courteous and helpful as Rick and his crew. When I had a question they made sure they answered it to where I understood it. I had estimates from 2 other companies and it didn't appear to me they were really very knowledgeable about what I wanted done. Tyler on the other hand understood what I needed done and his proposal was right on point.

The cleanup was excellent. Rick took me around, showed me all the work that was done and I think it was he who sent me pictures of the work in progress. We are very satisfied with this crew as well as the first "pier" crew. We originally contacted you based on your reviews. We were very impressed with the salesman, Brian, and didn't even get a second estimate.

Very happy with the job LRE did. The cut was perfect where the new drain was put in. It looks very clean and neat. I was worried about just doing the new pool deck, but you guys did such a nice job,  it looks great! I will definitely recommend you to others! 10/10

We had significant damage to our subfloors due to water coming in from outside the house. LRE were one of the only companies we contacted that were able to properly assess the problem and willing to take on the repair. After an extensive inspection, they provided us several options for not only the repair but also drainage solutions that would prevent future damage. The crew and staff were extremely friendly and communicative. They literally left the place looking way better than they found it. I’m very happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone with similar problems!

First I got a free inspection. I was explained what exactly the job would be by Justin. The day was settled and there were follow ups. The crew arrived and eased my stress by explaining exactly what was being done. We are not talking a couple of hundred dollars. For me this was a major investment in my home. Rick (crew supervisor) kindest and most patient person. I felt, I was in the best of hands. I will definitely recommend LRE to others. Personally I would use them again. Afterwards one would never know they had been digging in my yard, totally clean up, that impressed me too.

Rick and his team are outstanding! My pool deck was in dire need of a faulty drain fix and LRE came to the rescue. They executed the plan artistically and professionally. No detail was overlooked and my job was completed in a timely fashion. They took time to explain how to maintain the drain and fixed my pavers outside the garden. I'm no longer worried about a flooded lanai or pool overflow. I can now enjoy my outdoor area without worrying. Thanks for your hard work, expertise, and artistry. The crew did a great job, cleaned up and just left. Rick and his crew were very professional and experts at resolving any unforeseen issues in order to complete the project on time. LRE's crew arrived when they said they would. The crew supervisor, Antonio, and the other two men worked very hard from the moment they arrived until they cleaned up before leaving. They were all professional, knowledgable, and courteous, and it was a pleasure to meet them. It was also amazing to watch how efficiently they worked as a team. LRE was professional, punctual, and had quality work through and through. If you have drainage problems that are beyond a DIY repair-type solution, I would recommend having LRE come and take a look. All aspects of my project were communicated and the work was done timely and beyond my expectations. It's also clear that LRE is hiring young folks from the area and training them up, which is great!

We hired this company because after heavy rains, water would come into our master bedroom in between the wall and floor. LRE waterproofed our foundation and installed a French drain to make sure we wouldn't have this problem in the future. The project manger did a great job communicating to us what they were doing.
