Rick and the crew were amazing. Everything was clean when they left and they took the time to walk us through the project and gave us some guidance on maintaining it. Rick was also quick to respond when we had an issue and came back a couple of days later and made sure the problem was fixed. 

I've had countless estimates to fix my drainage problems. LRE was the first to come in and tell me what I knew was needed without me saying anything. They were more expensive than the rest so I kept getting quotes. At the end of the day I wasn’t comfortable with anything proposed by the other companies, so I hired LRE. They showed up on time. Communicated throughout the entire process and were complete professionals! Rick and his crew were really great guys! I was sure my entire yard was going to be torn up, but it wasn’t. What they did dig up, they put on tarps and filled the holes back in. Don’t waste your time on quotes with other companies. They do it right the first time. Wish I wouldn't have waited a year to hire them! Thank you to the entire LRE team! My drainage and erosion problems are fixed and I can confidently say, my foundation worries are gone! They deliver a quality product that is worth the price!

The work was completed by Mike, Kris, and Cornelius.  We had a walkthrough of the situation before they started working. They stayed with it through all the rain we had yesterday. And they thoroughly tested the drain after it was moved. I checked the house inside, and it was dry.  They did a great job, and it was fun working with them. I'm so relieved to have this work done before the next storm season.   I'd like to thank you for standing by the work on the original project.  I've had nothing but good experiences working with LRE, whether it's the technicians here at my house or support people over the phone.  Let's face it, foundation and drainage problems can be daunting and depressing for the homeowner.   Thanks to the team for helping me through some bad situations.

Rick, the Crew Leader, was very thorough in detailing the work before they started & explaining what they were doing throughout the project whenever I stopped by to see how they were doing. When they were finished he asked me to see if all was good with the work & the clean up. Everything looked good. Overall your team was very professional & thorough in the work.   

Great job to Antonio and this team. From start to finish we were so pleased with this job. Antonio texted before arriving and was right on time. The team worked continuously in the Florida heat. They were exceptionally neat, left the work area as clean as possible, and Antonio and I did a walk-through prior to them completing the job. I have to say, since I moved to Florida 8 years ago I have had a lot of work done by different contractors and NONE were as professional and courteous and helpful as Rick and his crew. When I had a question they made sure they answered it to where I understood it. I had estimates from 2 other companies and it didn't appear to me they were really very knowledgeable about what I wanted done. Tyler on the other hand understood what I needed done and his proposal was right on point.

Rick and his team are outstanding! My pool deck was in dire need of a faulty drain fix and LRE came to the rescue. They executed the plan artistically and professionally. No detail was overlooked and my job was completed in a timely fashion. They took time to explain how to maintain the drain and fixed my pavers outside the garden. I'm no longer worried about a flooded lanai or pool overflow. I can now enjoy my outdoor area without worrying. Thanks for your hard work, expertise, and artistry. We had significant damage to our subfloors due to water coming in from outside the house. LRE were one of the only companies we contacted that were able to properly assess the problem and willing to take on the repair. After an extensive inspection, they provided us several options for not only the repair but also drainage solutions that would prevent future damage. The crew and staff were extremely friendly and communicative. They literally left the place looking way better than they found it. I’m very happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone with similar problems!

First I got a free inspection. I was explained what exactly the job would be by Justin. The day was settled and there were follow ups. The crew arrived and eased my stress by explaining exactly what was being done. We are not talking a couple of hundred dollars. For me this was a major investment in my home. Rick (crew supervisor) kindest and most patient person. I felt, I was in the best of hands. I will definitely recommend LRE to others. Personally I would use them again. Afterwards one would never know they had been digging in my yard, totally clean up, that impressed me too.

LRE did a great job installing channel drains at our historic house in Indialantic. From my first contact and site visit with Austin, and the quality installation by Angel, Nick, and Jose, the experience was first-class. They explained the entire process and answered every question I had. The project was done on schedule and I would definitely recommend LRE for home foundation repair. In fact, they are even coming back next week for another job; stabilizing and leveling the building foundation.

Sergio and his crew, Jose and Angel, were true professionals. Sergio called 45 minutes prior to coming out to give me a heads-up of their arrival. Upon their arrival they introduced themselves with firm handshakes and smiles, offered to explain what they would be doing, and asked if we had any questions. When they were getting ready for lunch, Sergio again contacted me to tell me their plans and got right back to work upon their return. Upon completion we talked and exchanged heartfelt thanks. Their work is great and I'm sure the new drainage system will get tested soon (it's summer in Florida!) and will function as designed. Thank you gentlemen and thank you LRE!

From the time I made my first phone call to LRE Foundation Repair for an estimate and spoke to Sarah, to the last call I made this morning to Cassidy, I've had nothing but “OUTSTANDING” service! TJ came out to my house for an estimate, and was professional, thorough, explained very clearly the work to be done, and he went out of his way to provide assistance. When the crew came to my house, my crew supervisor, Omar, did an excellent job of explaining what they were going to do, expedited the job with a team that worked harder than any crew I've ever dealt with, and then cleaned up as if no one had ever been on my property. I spoke with several other employees in the office over the last couple of weeks, including Fay and Victoria, both whom represented LRE Foundation well.
