We proposed installing a new exterior drainage system featuring an upgraded channel drain to efficiently collect and divert rainwater away from the deck. After Ken’s approval, our team removed sections of concrete, installed the new channel drain, and connected it to a subsurface drainage pipe system. After inspecting the property’s layout, our specialist designed a plan to install catch basins throughout the yard that would collect and redirect rainwater through an underground drainage pipe and out through a relief drain away from the pool deck. Our crew removed sections of the yard around the pool deck to install the catch basins, relief drain, and underground piping. Once everything was placed and connected, the team replaced the previously removed sod, leaving the new subsurface system neatly concealed with a clean, seamless appearance.
