A homeowner in Tampa, Florida was experiencing a number of foundation issues due to the conditions underneath their home. This homeowner contacted LRE after noticing the floors inside their home had begun to sag. One of LRE’s specially trained Design Specialists visited the home to complete an inspection. The findings showed evidence of water intrusion in the crawlspace, rotten wood, and failing beams causing sagging floors in the home.
