In North Port, Florida, a section of Vasyl’s concrete driveway had cracked and settled significantly, creating a major trip hazard. Wanting a reliable solution that didn’t involve a full concrete replacement, he contacted LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection with one of our expert Design Specialists.
During the inspection, we discovered that soil erosion beneath the driveway was the root cause of the sinking and cracking. To restore safety and stability, our team implemented our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, we used PolyLevel to lift, level, and stabilize the sunken concrete slabs. Then, we sealed the cracks and joints with NexusPro to prevent water intrusion and further soil erosion.
Not only did this solution address the safety concern, but the NexusPro also improved the driveway’s curb appeal. Vasyl was thrilled with the outcome and now has peace of mind knowing the trip hazard has been permanently removed.
Robert from North Port, Florida, asked LRE Foundation Repair to help fix a significant trip hazard that had gradually formed in a section of his concrete driveway. Following a comprehensive inspection by one of our Design Specialists, soil erosion under the driveway was pinpointed as the root cause for the concrete slabs to sink and become uneven. Our team quickly stepped in and injected PolyLevel directly underneath the concrete to lift and level the slabs. Robert was relieved to see his driveway’s surface was now fully level and felt reassured knowing that the concrete was stabilized and secure.
LRE Foundation Repair recently assisted Robert in North Port, Florida, with repairing a section of his concrete driveway that had sunk into the ground, creating an uneven surface and a potential tripping hazard. An LRE Design Specialist visited Robert’s home to inspect the driveway and immediately observed that the underlying soil had washed out, causing the concrete to settle. Following the inspection, our production team injected PolyLevel underneath the settled concrete slab and successfully elevated it back to its normal, even level. Robert was pleased with the quick and effective repair process and was delighted to see his concrete driveway back to its proper level.
Cynthia in Ocoee, Florida, reached out to LRE Foundation Repair and asked us to inspect her concrete garage floor after noticing a large crack had spread throughout the surface. Following a thorough inspection by one of our Design Specialists, it was determined that soil settlement had caused the concrete to shift and crack as a result. Our team soon stepped in and repaired the concrete with our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, PolyLevel was injected directly underneath the garage floor to level the concrete and stabilize the underlying soil. Next, the team sealed the crack that had formed with NexusPro. Now, the crack in Cynthia’s garage floor is sealed, and the concrete is fully stabilized and protected against further soil settlement.
Farag A. had several large cracks in his driveway in Davenport, Florida, and was concerned about the safety of himself and his wife. So, he contacted LRE Foundation Repair to evaluate the damage and eliminate the trip hazards for good. After an inspection, LRE determined that the concrete slab had settled due to loose and shifting soils. They came up with a solution using PolyLevel, which is an expanding polyurethane foam material. This material was injected through small holes drilled into the concrete slab. As the material expanded beneath the surface of the driveway, it lifted the concrete back into place and closed the gaps that caused a potential risk. The homeowner was more than satisfied with the results of the project and had peace of mind knowing that he and his wife were safe from tripping hazards.
