A section of Joseph’s driveway in Port Charlotte, Florida had cracked and settled into the ground, forming a significant trip hazard. He asked LRE Foundation Repair for assistance and an expert Design Specialist visited his home to conduct a free inspection. Weak soil underneath the concrete had caused it to settle and crack, and the specialist recommended the Two-Part Concrete Protection System to repair the driveway. The LRE team first injected PolyLevel underneath the concrete to lift and level the settled sections. Next, the cracks that had formed were sealed with NexusPro to prevent water from seeping underneath the concrete. Following the successful implementation of the Two-Part Concrete Protection System, Joseph’s damaged driveway is now fully repaired and stabilized.
Aubry had just recently purchased her new home in Port Charlotte, Florida, and immediately noticed a corner of her pool deck had settled and began separating from the pool cage. She reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free inspection with one of our Design Specialists in hopes of finding a solution. The specialist carefully examined the pool deck and found that soil settlement had caused the pool deck to sink and pull away. Our production team effectively restored the corner of the pool deck to its correct and level position after injecting PolyLevel underneath the concrete. Aubry was thrilled with the results, as the concrete is now level and the gap has been closed between the pool cage, resolving her concerns about her pool deck's stability.
Thomas in Englewood, Florida, needed to have his concrete pool deck repaired so that he could have the surface refinished. The concrete had visibly sunk in certain areas, creating significant tripping hazards around the pool coping. He asked LRE Foundation Repair to inspect the pool deck in hopes of finding a solution. After careful examination by one of our Design Specialists, it was determined that the underlying soil beneath the pool deck had become unstable, causing the concrete to sink. After the inspection, our team promptly got to work and injected PolyLevel directly beneath the concrete to stabilize the soil and raise the sunken sections, restoring them to an even, stable level. With the concrete leveled and the trip hazards eliminated for good, Thomas can move forward with refinishing his pool deck’s surface with peace of mind.
