In Osprey, Florida, a project manager overseeing a home remodel reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for assistance with repairing the concrete pool deck. Over time, numerous cracks had developed, and several areas had become uneven, creating a need for immediate repairs. Following a full home inspection by one of our expert Design Specialists, it was discovered that significant soil settlement had caused the concrete pool deck to shift and crack as a result. To fully repair the pool deck, our team utilized our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, PolyLevel was injected directly beneath the pool deck to level and stabilize the concrete slabs. Next, the cracks that had formed on the surface were sealed with NexusPro to prevent water intrusion and enhance curb appeal. Once the work was complete, the project manager could confidently move forward with the rest of the home’s remodeling, knowing the concrete pool deck was fully repaired and stabilized.
Patricia and Dani A. were starting renovations to their Port Saint Lucie, Florida home and wanted to tackle their sinking pool patio first. They decided to call LRE Foundation Repair for an inspection. Our design specialist determined loose soils and years of erosion were mainly to blame for the sinking slab, and decided PolyLevel would be the perfect solution for this problem. PolyLevel is an expanding, polyurethane foam material that is injected through small holes drilled into the concrete. The material expands to lift slabs back level and fill any voids forming underground. The homeowners were amazed to see the gaps closed up under their screened patio and pleased with the work performed. Now, they can get ready to tackle the next renovation project.
Trish had just purchased her new home in Port St. Lucie, Florida, and needed to have her concrete driveway repaired after a section of one of the slabs had significantly settled and cracked. Concerned about safety and aesthetics, she called us at LRE Foundation Repair in search of a reliable repair solution. We sent our expert Design Specialist to assess the damage, and upon close inspection, they discovered that severe soil erosion beneath the driveway had caused the slab to crack and settle.
Our Design Specialist created a plan to have our team implement our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully level and stabilize the slab. Trish approved this plan, and our team first utilized PolyLevel to lift the concrete slab back into its proper, even level and stabilize the underlying soil. Next, our team sealed the cracks with NexusPro to prevent water intrusion and enhance the driveway’s curb appeal.
Following the completion of the Two-Part Concrete Protection System, Trish’s concrete driveway is now fully repaired and permanently stabilized, providing her peace of mind for many years to come.
Sydney, a homeowner in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, became increasingly worried as her concrete driveway showed noticeable signs of settling. Uneven slabs had created several tripping hazards, raising concerns about safety for herself and others. Determined to address the issue, Sydney turned to LRE Foundation Repair for help. We sent our Design Specialist to her home to thoroughly inspect the concrete and upon close examination, they determined that the underlying soil had eroded over time, causing the slabs to settle.
Our team devised a plan to lift the sunken slabs and eliminate the trip hazards using our PolyLevel solution. After receiving Sydney’s approval, we carefully injected PolyLevel beneath the concrete, effectively raising the slabs to their proper level while also stabilizing the surrounding soil. Upon completion, Sydney’s concrete driveway is now restored to its proper level, with the threat of injury from tripping hazards permanently removed.
