Carrie S. from Apopka, FL, had a trip hazard on her concrete pool deck that needed fixing. To solve the problem, she contacted LRE Foundation Repair, who sent a Design Specialist to examine the pool deck. The specialist concluded that the hazard was caused by loose soil beneath the concrete, which resulted in concrete movement. The specialist then recommended a two-part concrete solution to eliminate the hazard. First, PolyLevel was injected into the concrete to restore the slabs to their proper level. Next, the existing fractures were sealed with NexusPro to prevent them from expanding and to prevent water from seeping underneath the concrete. With these two solutions, Carrie's pool deck was restored, and the trip hazard was eliminated permanently.
Josh, a homeowner in Apopka, Florida, noticed his concrete front porch was gradually settling and pulling away from the house, leaving a noticeable gap between the porch’s column and the roof. After one of our expert Design Specialists carefully inspected the issue, it was determined that soil settlement beneath the porch had caused the concrete to sink. To solve the problem, our team used PolyLevel to lift the concrete back to its proper level, effectively closing the gap between the column and the roof. Now, Josh can rest assure knowing his concrete porch is permanently leveled and stabilized, with no further risk of damage.
In North Port, Florida, Paul’s concrete driveway had experienced significant settlement damage as the underlying soil gradually eroded over time, creating large voids beneath the slabs. As a result, the concrete became uneven and large surface cracks began to appear. Concerned about the damage, Paul reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for help.
After a thorough inspection, our Design Specialist recommended our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully restore and protect the driveway. Paul approved the plan, and our team got to work—first injecting our PolyLevel® solution beneath the slabs to fill the voids, lift, and stabilize the concrete. Then, we sealed the surface cracks with NexusPro® to prevent water intrusion and further erosion.
By the end of the project, Paul’s driveway was fully restored to a safe, even surface and protected against future damage, giving him lasting peace of mind.
The property manager of a gas station in North Port, Florida called LRE Foundation Repair after receiving some complaints about the concrete sidewalk cracking and sinking. When LRE arrived to inspect the area, there was noticeable erosion and voids growing underneath the sidewalk causing safety hazards. Our Team was able to provide the solution by the installation of PolyLevel around the building and underneath the sidewalks. This two-part polyurethane material was injected underneath the concrete slabs around the perimeter of the building where needed. Once injected, the material flows easily through the loose and unstable soils, filling voids as it solidifies and lifting the concrete slabs where they had sunken. After the completion of the project, the property manager was thrilled his sidewalks were releveled and safe for his future patrons.
LRE Foundation Repair received a call from Patricia S. in North Port, Florida, who was facing a serious problem. Her concrete driveway had severe cracking and had sunken inches deep, which posed a risk for accidents. She wanted the driveway to be fixed immediately. To address the washed-out soil conditions and permanently stabilize the driveway, LRE used a combination of products. First, PolyLevel, a product that lifts, levels, and stabilizes the affected area, was used. The expanding foam material reacts on contact and cures in less than 30 minutes. Then, to seal and protect all cracks from future damage, NexusPro, a silicone-based concrete sealant, was used. The homeowner was extremely pleased now that the hazard had been eliminated.
