Interested in improving the curb appeal of his concrete driveway, Ronald from Spring Hill, Florida, asked LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. After a thorough inspection, an LRE Design Specialist recommended a Two-Part Concrete Protection System to not only improve the driveway’s appearance, but to also provide long-term stabilization to the concrete. First, PolyLevel was utilized to stabilize the soil underneath the concrete and ensure an even, smooth surface for the driveway. Next, NexusPro was used to fill the cracks and control joints, preventing debris build-up and water intrusion under the concrete. Once the job was completed, the drive's surface was protected and now boasts not only enhanced visual appeal but also the added benefit of long-term protection, leaving another customer completely satisfied.
Ronald was looking to enhance the dull appearance of his home’s concrete walkway in Spring Hill, Florida, and called LRE Foundation Repair for a solution. Upon assessing the concrete's condition, an LRE Design Specialist informed Ronald that not only could the concrete be improved visually, but it could also be permanently stabilized using the Two-Part Concrete Protection System. With Ronald’s approval, the LRE team began implementing this system by first, stabilizing the concrete with the PolyLevel solution. PolyLevel is used to lift and relevel sunken areas of concrete. Following this, NexusPro was used to fill the joints and cracks, preventing debris accumulation and water from seeping below the concrete. Once completed, the concrete walkway not only boasts a fresh, clean look but is also protected from damage for many years to come.
This driveway in Oldsmar, Florida, had become a safety hazard due to uneven slabs, making it both dangerous and unsightly. Our team at LRE Foundation Repair inspected the area and found that shifting soil was causing the problem. The homeowners were very pleased with the results, as their driveway now looks great and will stay stable for years to come.
Ann from Inverness, FL, contacted LRE Foundation Repair after noticing the concrete slabs along her walkway had gradually become uneven. She had also spotted cracks forming in her driveway and wanted to avoid the time and expense of a full concrete replacement.
After a thorough inspection, our Design Specialist recommended a repair plan using our 3-Part Concrete Protection System. The process began by lifting and stabilizing the settled slabs with PolyLevel. Next, the joints in the walkway and cracks in the driveway were sealed with NexusPro to prevent water from getting beneath the concrete while also improving the appearance. Finally, the entire surface was treated with SealantPro to help protect against chipping, flaking, and staining.
Once Ann approved the plan, our team got to work leveling, repairing, and stabilizing the concrete. Now her walkway and driveway are restored and protected—without the need for a full replacement.
In Inverness, Florida, William discovered a leak in his pool that had washed away much of the soil supporting the surrounding concrete deck, leading to noticeable settlement. After repairing the leak, he reached out to LRE Foundation Repair to restore the deck’s stability.
Following a complimentary inspection, our team injected PolyLevel beneath the settled slabs to fill the voids, lift and level the concrete, and provide permanent stabilization. The deck was carefully raised back to its proper position, closing gaps between the slabs and the pool’s screen enclosure. Now, William can enjoy his pool area with confidence, knowing his deck is secure and stable.
