Donna from Homosassa, FL, had several areas of her concrete driveway that had become uneven, with cracks spreading across the surface. Looking for a lasting repair solution, she contacted LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. After our Customer Care team scheduled a complimentary inspection, one of our expert Design Specialists evaluated the driveway and discovered that a nearby downspout connected to the home's gutter system had been discharging water near the concrete, causing the underlying soil to erode and the slabs to settle.
To restore the driveway, our specialist recommended LRE's Three-Part Concrete Protection System, which is designed to lift, level, repair, and protect concrete. After Donna approved the repair plan, our team began by injecting PolyLevel beneath the driveway to fill voids, stabilize the soil, and lift the concrete back to a level position. Next, the cracks and joints were sealed with NexusPro to help prevent water from intruding beneath the slabs and causing additional soil erosion. Finally, SealantPro was applied to the surface to help protect the concrete from staining, chipping, and flaking.
In just a short amount of time, Donna's driveway was fully restored to a safe, level condition and protected against future settlement-related damage.
Raymond from Dunnellon, FL, reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair to request an inspection of his concrete driveway after soil settlement had caused the slabs to crack and sink. Worried about potential injuries from the trip hazards that had formed, he sought a reliable concrete leveling and repair solution. We sent our expert Design Specialist to Raymond’s home, and upon inspecting the driveway, we recommended having our team lift and level the slabs with our PolyLevel solution. Raymond opted for this solution, and our team began injecting the two-part polyurethane foam solution directly beneath the slabs, carefully elevating them to their proper level and eliminating the tripping hazards. Later, our team sealed the cracks with NexusPro and applied SealantPro to the surface for even greater protection against future damage. Upon completion, Raymond’s concrete driveway is now fully restored to its proper level, with the threat of tripping injuries permanently removed.
Alan’s concrete walkway leading to his front door in Dunnellon, FL, had become a major tripping hazard as the slabs sank and shifted over time. He reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for a solution, and our Design Specialist conducted a free inspection. The issue was caused by soil erosion beneath the slabs, so we recommended using our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to lift, level, and permanently stabilize the walkway.
With Alan’s approval, our team injected PolyLevel beneath the concrete to fill the voids and carefully raised the slabs to their proper, even position. The joints were then sealed with NexusPro to prevent future water intrusion and soil erosion.
Now, Alan’s walkway is fully restored, safe, and permanently stabilized—giving him peace of mind and a smooth, level path to his front door.
A section of the concrete sidewalk in front of Barbara’s home in Port Richey, Florida, had developed into a dangerous trip hazard, and she knew she had to get it fixed before any serious injuries could occur. After calling us at LRE Foundation Repair, we sent one of our Design Specialists to inspect the sidewalk and help provide a solution. Upon careful examination, the specialist found that one of the concrete slabs had sunk into the ground, creating an uneven surface with the adjacent slab. They diagnosed soil settlement as the cause and created a plan to implement our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully repair and stabilize the sidewalk. First, our team injected PolyLevel directly underneath the sunken slab to lift it back to its proper level and stabilize the underlying soil. Next, we sealed the control joint separating the two slabs with NexusPro to prevent water intrusion below the sidewalk. Upon completion, the trip hazard was completely eliminated, and the sidewalk was fully leveled and permanently stabilized, alleviating Barbara’s concerns and providing her peace of mind.
