Leveling Concrete Driveway & Repairing Cracks in Orlando, FL

Jerell was looking for a way to repair his driveway at his home in Orlando, FL, after years of soil settlement had left it severely uneven and cracked. The uneven slabs had created serious tripping concerns, and his HOA was putting pressure on him to address the issue. During the inspection, an LRE Design Specialist identified that settlement of the soil beneath the driveway had caused the concrete slabs to sink and become uneven. Instead of replacing the entire surface, our team developed a plan to restore the existing concrete using LRE’s Two-Part Concrete Protection System.

PolyLevel was first injected beneath the driveway to fill the voids created by soil loss and bring the settled concrete slabs back to a more level position. Once the concrete was properly supported, our team repaired and sealed the cracks and control joints with NexusPro, helping protect against water intrusion.

The completed repair gave Jerell a level, stabilized driveway without the disruption of a full concrete replacement. He was thrilled with the finished result and relieved to have a solution that fully addressed both his and his HOA’s concerns.
