Concrete Walkway Slab Leveling in Apollo Beach, FL

The concrete slabs of Daniel’s walkway leading up to the front porch of his home in Apollo Beach, FL, needed to be lifted and leveled after soil settlement caused them to sink. The resulting tripping hazards had become a regular nuisance for both Daniel and his guests, so he turned to LRE Foundation Repair for help.

We sent one of our Design Specialists to Daniel’s home to conduct a free inspection and confirmed that the underlying soil had settled and eroded over time, causing the slabs to sink. Our team then utilized our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully lift, level, and stabilize the slabs. First, PolyLevel was injected directly beneath the walkway to fill the voids and restore the concrete to its original, even level. Next, our team sealed the control joints between the slabs with NexusPro to help prevent water from seeping beneath the concrete while also enhancing its visual appeal.

Within a short amount of time, Daniel’s concrete walkway was fully restored to its proper level, eliminating the trip hazards and protecting the slabs from further settlement.
