Leveling and Repairing Concrete Pool Deck in St. Petersburg, FL

After Hurricane Milton impacted the St. Petersburg, FL, area in October 2024, Scott began noticing significant settlement in his concrete pool deck. Our specialist visited Scott’s home to assess the damage and determined that erosion of the supporting soil below had created voids beneath the concrete, causing the slabs to sink. To correct the issue, we recommended lifting and stabilizing the pool deck using our PolyLevel solution.

After the plan was approved, our team injected PolyLevel beneath the affected slabs, filling the empty spaces and gradually raising the concrete back toward its original position. As the deck was lifted, the separation between the slabs and the pool wall was greatly minimized, improving both the safety and overall appearance of the area.
