Pool Deck Raised in Port Saint Lucie, FL

Patricia and Dani A. were starting renovations to their Port Saint Lucie, Florida home and wanted to tackle their sinking pool patio first. Our design specialist determined loose soils and years of erosion were mainly to blame for the sinking slab, and decided PolyLevel would be the perfect solution for this problem. PolyLevel is an expanding, polyurethane foam material that is injected through small holes drilled into the concrete. The material expands to lift slabs back level and fill any voids forming underground. The homeowners were amazed to see the gaps closed up under their screened patio and pleased with the work performed. Now, they can get ready to tackle the next renovation project.
