A homeowner located in Cape Coral, FL contacted LRE after growing tired of their unlevel driveway which was creating a concerning trip hazard. After LRE's concrete specialist evaluated the homeowner's concerns, it was determined that the soil beneath the slab had begun to erode. Thus causing the slab to sink and settle, resulting in the trip hazard. To remedy this issue, LRE injected their specially patented PolyLevel foam underneath the slab to lift and level the slab back to its original height. This homeowner no longer has to worry about unsafe conditions around their home.
Carol W. had been dealing with large cracks throughout her pool deck, many of which were tripping hazards due to the size. Once her pool started leaking, she knew it was time to tackle the problem. She called LRE Foundation Repair for a solution. Once LRE arrived and completed an inspection of the property, they determined that large voids were present under the pool deck and patio due to washout and unstable soils. LRE designed a remediation plan using PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a polymer foam material that is injected through small drill holes throughout the patio and expands once entering the soil below. PolyLevel can expand enough to fill all voids and lift large sections of the patio back into place, eliminating trip hazards and cracks. Once the project was completed, the homeowner was more than pleased her patio was stable and releveled, and even more surprised her trip hazards were gone for good.
This homeowner was concerned with the trip hazard at her front door, which prompted her to call LRE Our company was able to ease her worries with PolyLevel® and even out the walkway, so that no one will be tripping on her property anymore.
In Cape Coral, Florida, a condominium association contacted us because their ground-level condo walkway had become a tripping hazard, making daily entries and exits risky. As you can see in the 'before' photo, the uneven concrete posed a significant safety issue. Thanks to our team’s expertise and utilization of PolyLevel, we quickly turned this problematic path into a safe, even walkway.
The owners of a commercial property in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, faced a concerning issue with one of the concrete ramps leading up to their garage. The slab had split in half and sank, rendering it unusable. They reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free inspection with one of our Design Specialists to find out if the concrete ramp could be repaired. Our specialist carefully examined the concrete and discovered that a significant amount of soil underneath had washed out, creating a large void that caused the slab to break and sink. To fill the void and lift the concrete ramp back to its proper level, our team injected PolyLevel directly underneath the slab. The result was a completely even slab that is now permanently supported, stabilized, and ready for immediate use, much to the delight of the property owners.
