Richard from Daytona Beach, Florida, asked LRE Foundation Repair for assistance with fixing up his home’s concrete driveway which had suffered from extensive damage due to erosion of the underlying soil. Many cracks had developed throughout the surface, and sections of the concrete had sunk, creating numerous tripping hazards. One of our Design Specialists visited Richard’s home to inspect the driveway and designed a comprehensive plan to fully repair and transform his driveway using our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, our production team leveled the sunken sections of the driveway using PolyLevel. Next, they sealed all the cracks and joints with the NexusPro solution. Richard was thrilled with the result, as his driveway is now not only fully repaired but also boasts enhanced curb appeal.
David W. called LRE concerned after noticing his front porch sinking and cracks growing larger quickly. LRE completed a full inspection of David's house located in Port Orange, FL, and determined that animal borings had significantly compromised the soil beneath his porch. To remedy David's issues, our team injected PolyLevel underneath the patio slab to strengthen and stabilize the soil. PolyLevel is a highly expandable foam material injected through very small drill holes in the concrete. As the material flows and mixes with the soil, it expands to fill all voids and starts to lift the concrete back into place. After this porch was treated, this homeowner could rest easy knowing his porch was stabilized and even, leaving only the Florida pests to deal with.
Major tripping hazards had developed in Christine’s concrete pool deck at her home in Oviedo, FL, prompting her to reach out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. After our expert Design Specialist assessed the uneven slabs, we determined that erosion of the underlying soil was the root cause of the concrete settling. We informed Christine of the issue and recommended using our PolyLevel solution to fill the voids, stabilize the soil, and lift the concrete back to its proper, even level. Christine opted for this solution, and our team carefully injected PolyLevel directly beneath the pool deck, elevating the settled slabs and eliminating the trip hazards. Now, Christine and her family can enjoy their pool deck with renewed peace of mind, free from the risk of injury.
Larry and Lori from Lake Wales, Florida, were dealing with a serious tripping hazard that had developed in the concrete of their front porch, so they reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for help. After a thorough inspection by our Design Specialist, we confirmed that significant soil erosion beneath the porch had caused the concrete to settle.
To fix the issue, our production team got to work by injecting our PolyLevel solution beneath the affected slabs, lifting, leveling, and stabilizing the porch quickly and effectively. Now, Larry and Lori can enjoy their front porch without worry—the tripping hazard is gone, and the concrete is fully leveled and permanently stabilized.
After Hurricane Ian damaged the area of Sanibel, Florida, Mr. P.'s home suffered severe washout causing gaping holes under the foundation of his home. He called LRE Foundation Repair for help. Working with structural engineers, LRE was able to design a solution that included flowable fill, a fluid-like slurry grout mixture that cures, fills voids and creates a stable foundation. The material was poured around the perimeter of home filling in the necessary gaps, and once cured PolyLevel, a two-part expandable polyurethane material, was injected to the needed areas to add compaction to the loose soils below. Once his foundation was stabilized, the homeowner was pleased with the finished product and confident he could continue the rebuild to the rest of his home.
