In Palm Bay, Florida, Beverly’s concrete walkway leading up to the front door of her home had become uneven over time, with a couple of troublesome tripping hazards developing between the slabs. Concerned about potential injuries, she asked LRE Foundation Repair for assistance with repairing the walkway and removing the trip hazards. Following a thorough inspection by our Design Specialist, it was determined that the underlying soil had settled, causing the walkway’s slabs to shift and become uneven.
Our production team promptly stepped in, injecting PolyLevel directly beneath the concrete to carefully lift, level, and permanently stabilize the slabs, effectively eliminating the tripping hazards. Now, Beverly no longer has to be concerned about the risk of injury, as the concrete walkway leading up to her home is now fully leveled and permanently stabilized.
Sarah from Palm Bay, Florida, reached out to LRE Foundation Repair after noticing that several concrete slabs in her driveway had settled significantly, creating hazardous tripping conditions. Concerned about personal safety and the long-term stability of her driveway, she scheduled a free inspection with our team.
Our Design Specialist conducted a thorough assessment and identified soil erosion as the underlying cause of the sinking slabs. To restore the driveway, we proposed using our PolyLevel solution to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete. After reviewing the plan with Sarah, our team quickly got to work, injecting PolyLevel beneath the concrete to stabilize the soil and carefully lift the slabs back to their proper position.
Now, Sarah no longer has to worry about tripping hazards, as her driveway is fully restored and permanently stabilized against future settlement.
Edward in Pinellas Park, Florida, contacted us at LRE Foundation Repair with a concerning issue with his concrete driveway. The slabs positioned above a culvert pipe had broken off and settled onto the pipe itself, creating a major dip and tripping hazard in the driveway, while also crushing the pipe. One of our Design Specialists visited Edward’s home and discovered a significant amount of soil had washed out from beneath the driveway, creating a void that caused the slabs to lose their support and sink in the process. Our production team used PolyLevel by injecting the two-part polymer foam directly underneath the concrete slabs to fill the void and level the slabs. The concrete slabs are now back to their proper, even level, and the void below is completely filled, providing Edward with the peace of mind that his concrete driveway is now permanently stabilized.
A major tripping hazard developed in the concrete walkway leading to Erik’s home in Bartow, Florida, when one of the slabs sank significantly into the ground, creating an uneven surface. Wanting to find a reliable solution and prevent potential injuries, Erik contacted LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free appointment with one of our Design Specialists. After a thorough inspection, our specialist determined that soil erosion had caused the walkway to settle. Our team then used PolyLevel to lift and level the slab by injecting it directly beneath the concrete. Erik’s walkway is now fully restored to its proper level, eliminating any risk of injury.
The sidewalk in front of Jim’s home in Riverview, Florida, had grown uneven, creating a severe trip hazard. He called LRE Foundation Repair for assistance, and one of our Design Specialists pinpointed soil washout as the cause of the sinking concrete. Our team lifted the sinking concrete slab back to an even, safe level by utilizing the PolyLevel® solution. With the trip hazard eliminated and the sidewalk permanently stabilized, Jim can now feel relieved, knowing that he and others are no longer at risk of injury.
