Patsy U. lives in a retirement community in Tavares, Florida, plagued with streets of uneven sidewalks and driveways. Worried about her driveway's tripping hazards, she decided to call LRE Foundation Repair to come out and take a look. After completing a thorough inspection, our specialist found that the soil around the driveway had been eroding over time, resulting in unstable soil. As soil is washed away, it weakens the support for the concrete, in this case, causing it to sink. To get Patsy's driveway back level, our expert team used a product called PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a foam that expands underneath the concrete to fill voids and compact soils. Our team was able to successfully level Patsy's driveway so she no longer has to worry about trip hazards.
In Tavares, Florida, Jan noticed that his concrete front porch had been gradually settling, creating a large gap between the slab and the connecting walls of his screened enclosure. Concerned about the potential for further damage and water intrusion, he reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for a reliable solution. After a thorough inspection by one of our expert Design Specialists, we recommended using our PolyLevel solution to lift and stabilize the settling concrete. With Jan’s approval, our team carefully injected PolyLevel beneath the porch, where the expanding foam filled voids, stabilized the soil, and raised the slab back into its proper position—effectively closing the gap. Jan can now enjoy his front porch with confidence, knowing it’s permanently stabilized and protected against future settlement and water intrusion.
Paul's concrete driveway at his home in Umatilla, Florida, had become severely uneven after one of the slabs sank significantly into the ground, creating a major trip hazard near the entrance to his garage. He called us at LRE Foundation Repair and one of our expert Design Specialists visited his home to carefully inspect the driveway. Upon assessing the concrete, it was found that a substantial amount of the underlying soil had washed away, creating a lack of stability for the driveway and causing the slabs to become unlevel. A plan was created to implement our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully lift, level, and stabilize the concrete. First, our team injected PolyLevel directly beneath the driveway to level the concrete and stabilize the surrounding soil. Next, the joints between the slabs were filled with NexusPro to prevent water from seeping below the driveway and causing further soil erosion. Now, Paul's driveway is fully leveled and supported, offering long-term stability and peace of mind.

Homeowner, Robert H., was concerned about the trip hazards unlevel concrete was creating around his home. Fear of causing harm to neighbors or guests motivated Robert to schedule a whole home inspection with LRE. Our concrete specialist conducted a thorough inspection of Roberts's home and found that the soil beneath the concrete was unstable, causing the slabs to become unlevel. To resolve Robert's concerns, our team utilized our specially patented PolyLevel system. PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam designed to fill and compress loose soils. Once complete, Robert was relieved to see his safety concerns were no more. Robert can now rest easy knowing his concrete is permanently stabilized and his home is no longer a safety issue.
