A homeowner’s association in Tampa, Florida, contacted LRE Foundation Repair to address multiple tripping hazards caused by damaged and uneven concrete sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. After a thorough inspection by our Design Specialist, it was determined that soil settlement and underlying tree roots had caused many sidewalk slabs to sink or heave. Our team promptly resolved the issue by using PolyLevel to lift and level the slabs, creating a smooth, even surface. Now, the residents of this Tampa neighborhood can enjoy safer sidewalks, free from troublesome tripping hazards.
In Tampa, Thomas’s concrete walkway developed a severe tripping hazard as two of the slabs gradually became uneven over time. Hoping to prevent potential injuries, Thomas contacted LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection and find a reliable solution for the issue. Our expert Design Specialist visited his home to carefully assess the trip hazard and identified soil settlement as the underlying cause of the sinking concrete. To lift the sunken slab and level the surface, our team stepped in and utilized PolyLevel by injecting it directly underneath the concrete walkway. Now, Thomas’s walkway is fully leveled and permanently stabilized, alleviating his concerns about potential tripping injuries.

Ken planned to move into his new home in San Antonio, FL, but needed to address the severe damage that had previously developed in the concrete driveway. Armadillos had burrowed their way underneath the driveway, creating large voids in the soil and causing portions of the concrete to sink. Fully aware that the driveway was not safe to drive on, Ken reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. The LRE team utilized our PolyLevel Solution to not only bring the concrete slabs back to an even, safe level but also fill the void underneath and permanently stabilize the driveway. Ken was thrilled with the assistance provided by LRE and can now feel safe using the driveway of his new home.
Ryan from Wesley Chapel, Florida, noticed areas inside his home where the floors appeared to have sunk, creating gaps between the floors and the adjacent walls. He asked LRE Foundation Repair to conduct a thorough inspection, and after our Design Specialist confirmed that soil settlement was the underlying cause, we developed a plan to use PolyLevel to carefully lift, level, and stabilize the settling slab. Our team injected the PolyLevel solution into key areas beneath the slab, effectively raising it back to its proper level and closing the gaps. With this phase of the foundation stabilization process complete, Ryan can now feel confident that the concrete slab in his home is permanently leveled and stabilized.
