LRE Foundation Repair recently completed major sinkhole repairs at our home in Safety Harbor, FL. The repairs included extensive grouting and underpinning over several months. One of the few things that remained stable during the repair process was the presence and professionalism of Victor Feeley. Victor was our primary contact with LRE and was always there when needed, and a pleasure to work with regarding our needs. Victor was diligent in returning phone calls in a timely manner. He always managed to get us an answer when we were unsure how to proceed, or what to do next. When issues arose Victor was willing to do what was needed to resolve the issue and move forward. Several times Victor personally did what was needed to resolve the issue or fix the problem. I saw him on more than one occasion dig in the dirt to repair a broken or missing sprinkler head. Victor is a professional, courteous, and diligent jack of all trades. He certainly never felt any task was either too small or beyond his abilities. As a result of Victor's efforts, my wife DeDe and I were able to proceed through an extremely trying time while maintaining a positive attitude. LRE was professional, punctual, and had quality work through and through. If you have drainage problems that are beyond a DIY repair-type solution, I would recommend having LRE come and take a look. All aspects of my project were communicated and the work was done timely and beyond my expectations. It's also clear that LRE is hiring young folks from the area and training them up, which is great!

Everything was completed to my satisfaction. The crew leader and his assistant were very polite and did go over the areas that were in need of repair. The crew were very professional and I appreciated that very much. Everything was cleaned up. I would recommend LRE to everyone.

LRE's crew arrived when they said they would. The crew supervisor, Antonio, and the other two men worked very hard from the moment they arrived until they cleaned up before leaving. We had LRE come out and give us a quote on a standing water/drainage problem at our new home. Protecting the foundation was paramount for us. The quote was detailed and seemed proficient. Day(s) of, the crew was on time both mornings and on day one, asked my opinion on what the pre-drawn plans called for. They installed a modified French drainage system, incorporating two downspouts that were the main problem of standing water when we had significant rain. They were very professional, and pleasant and worked their butts off, hand digging with precision into, not typical Florida sand, but a mixture of black dirt and clay. When completed, it looks awesome. The tie-ins into the downspouts look secure, and clearly professionally done. The rock section where the water will percolate out is awesome. They replaced our sod afterward and even watered it. You wouldn't even know the system is there if I didn't tell you. Don't waste your time calling anyone else!

Everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction and then some. Fed was just the best communicator. We went through everything in detail and I have to say without hesitation, LRE more than met my expectations. I had met Donovan here on the last day and I complimented Fed and his crew for the extraordinary job they did. Just like the pillars they install, these men are the foundation of our community. From the beginning Zac fully explained our options for securing the foundation of our historic home and protecting the wood from further moisture damage. He carefully worked with our budget to make the best choices for longevity of the home while listening to our unique needs. Each step was customized and meticulously executed by members of the LRE team. Carlos, Merrick, and Charles were the crew that came out to do the install. They took their time and made sure it was perfect. They treated us and our home like part of the family. Carlos would text me pictures of things that didn’t even have to do with the job, like a very small leak in our tub drain. It was all the small things like this that let us know our money was incredibly well spent. LRE had ended up in the foundation bids I was collecting after a team member had been so nice to my four year old daughter at Wawa one day, months before I even knew I needed repairs. I noted the company on his shirt and thought they must employ amazing people. I wasn’t wrong! One day during lunch Carlos had gone home to save his undoubtedly adorable daughters from a snake and stepped on a metal rake that impaled his foot. The supervisor, Jim, happened to be at my house when we found out. Jim showed genuine concern for Carlos and it was obvious this is a company that values its employees. They hire people from our community that have deep roots, they hire family people, and they hire veterans. We were so impressed with the excellent work Rick, our foreman and crew preformed installing our irrigation system to stop the outside flooding. Rick is an experienced, skilled professional. He took us through the process with confidence from beginning to end. Their clean-up was impeccable, and so appreciated. We highly recommend them to deliver a honest, professional, and quality project. Also, a shout out to Zac our salesman! We immediately knew he was very experienced with irrigation/ flooding problems. He was honest, no pressure and genuinely wanted to give us the best solution.

I got two other quotes from other foundation repair companies, one of which offered me money if I let them store equipment on my property overnight. Your representative was very courteous and informative. The other two companies' quotes were the same as yours, so your sales representative was the reason why I chose LRE Foundation Repair. Plus, he didn't offer me any money under the table. I look for honesty in a company. It's my number one criteria.

The way everyone from the sales rep to the working crew made us feel like friends or family while still maintaining professionalism. That's what set LRE apart. Jordan, Gabe, Kent, Max and the team was under our 100 year-old-house repairing and replacing the foundation and leveling for the last two days. Some of the old stone piers were replaced and additional shoring up was done. Periodic maintenance will most like be required, and with their excellent care we will be glad to call on them again. Carlos was great! He committed every day and took me in there and explained everything and answered all of my questions. The crew was polite and cleaned up.
