They did a very good job all around. The crew leader kept us informed during the work and showed us all they had done when the job was completed. They offered us overalls if we wanted to check everything first hand and provided photos. He also answered any and all questions we had before, during and after the project work. We were extremely happy with every aspect of LRE's performance and would recommend them to anyone needing work done in their areas of expertise. 

LRE handled our drainage and foundation repair. From the first on-site assessment, to dealing with the office, and then the foundation repair itself, LRE has been professional and provided quality service! Craig and Chad worked neatly and quickly to complete the stabilization. The drainage improvements are coming next week and I have every expectation we will be satisfied with LRE. I'd recommend LRE for either of these services.

The crew leader did a great job making sure I knew what was happening throughout the job. He made sure I was satisfied and asked a few times at the end to make sure. The lifting and poly crews did a fine job. Corey, Michael, and BJ were a great team. They were professional, courteous, and had an excellent sense of humor that kept me relaxed in what would otherwise be a stressful situation. Communication was also excellent. All crew members were happy to answer any questions and explained their techniques quite well. They showed respect and care for my property. I would highly recommend them.

Jose, Sergio, and Eric went above and beyond for me. I had a heavy above-ground fish pond I could not lift so they moved it for me. They cleaned up after the job nicely. I was afraid I would be stuck hiring someone else to put the pavers back down. I would definitely recommend these guys to do the job for anyone! They were very personable as well. 

The crew did a wonderful job! My design specialist, Austin, was very good! He is very knowledgeable and most importantly he educated us in an area we knew nothing about. After talking to another company we decided to go with LRE due to the trust we felt with Austin.

I was very impressed with the 3 man crew that did the work. They were professional, courteous and informative. Even though they encountered some obstacles that were not of their doing they were able to complete the project. They went as far as to send someone back to Largo from Naples to pick up larger equipment. If ever I have the need for foundation work I would gladly use and recommend them. Thank you LRE crew.

From the start of the first meeting, Joe was very informative and honest with his thoughts on my spa deck repair. The support staff and office followed up with numerous emails and kept me up to date on the schedule and scope of the work. On the day of the repair, Brad and Justin got to work setting up and drilling the holes for the foam. They were both very polite and professional throughout the process. I'm so grateful for the service from LRE! Everyone there was super responsive, from getting the inspection and quote scheduled, to getting the job done. Everything was very smooth. LRE was on top of everything. They showed up on time and everyone was polite and professional. The crew explained what they were going to do and showed up with heavy-duty tools and materials to stabilize my foundation. I was relieved when I saw what they were using to fix my home and realized the problem was going to be fixed with expertise. The two installers were professional, polite and answered every question we had during the install. They were neat and cleaned up like no one was here. John came with all kinds of pictures and professional presentation of what their solution to our problem was. He was experienced in his field and a nice family man. 

Crew leader was great. Called before arrival and provided a time of arrival. Explained the process and executed the work, informing me of the status as the work proceeded. Also, I needed two processes done. Raise the slabs and install a new pool drain. LRE was able to complete both tasks. Others could not. I am a member of Angie's and chose you as a direct result of #1 reading the reviews and #2 scheduling the estimate and having the work completed before our closing date on 7/19/24. Lastly, if I ever require concrete restoration work, I would not hesitate to call LRE to provide an estimate or refer a friend to LRE. Simple, you guys were great and completed the work to my satisfaction allowing my painter time to put a fresh coat of paint on the deck. Thank you so much LRE!

I couldn't have asked for a better crew to work on my property. Since this is a historic house, it came with many challenges. Sergio and his crew went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. No corners were cut while they maintained the job and kept safety as a priority. The crew also did their very best to mitigate any obstacles along the way while staying transparent by keeping me in the loop. My house now feels balanced and solid, and I know that by investing in the SmartJack system, my home will now last another 100 years!
