Everything was cleaned beyond expectations. Justin was incredibly communicative about the project throughout its entirety. Shane was also very quick to respond and if he didn't know he'd asked Justin to ensure I got the answers to my questions. We want to give a huge shoutout to Shea Dawson for having the most thorough and kind estimate for services. Our house came back OK for the moment, but I can confidently say that if we ever need any foundation assistance in the future, we will call LRE! The work was completed by Mike, Kris, and Cornelius.  We had a walkthrough of the situation before they started working. They stayed with it through all the rain we had yesterday. And they thoroughly tested the drain after it was moved. I checked the house inside, and it was dry.  They did a great job, and it was fun working with them. I'm so relieved to have this work done before the next storm season.   I'd like to thank you for standing by the work on the original project.  I've had nothing but good experiences working with LRE, whether it's the technicians here at my house or support people over the phone.  Let's face it, foundation and drainage problems can be daunting and depressing for the homeowner.   Thanks to the team for helping me through some bad situations.

Rick, the Crew Leader, was very thorough in detailing the work before they started & explaining what they were doing throughout the project whenever I stopped by to see how they were doing. When they were finished he asked me to see if all was good with the work & the clean up. Everything looked good. Overall your team was very professional & thorough in the work.   

I have a beautiful oak tree in my yard and its roots caused my front walkway to lift in places causing a tripping hazard. LRE did a wonderful job at leveling the areas that had concerned me and they offered a very competitive price. I also like that their work is legally registered with the county/city. The crew members communicated often and all terms and scope of work was made clear to me. LRE was very professional and I highly recommend this company!

Let's face it. No one wants to get foundation work done. But when you have to you have to! From Frank coming out and explaining the process and giving me the estimate, to doing comparatives with their competition, I found LRE was doing a more complete job for about 15% less than their competitor. More for less works for me! Scheduling was fun too! I must have rescheduled his job three different times and they never gave me a hard time. The changes were made with a smile.   Scott came out to do the first part of the job and did it professionally, on time, and did more than I even asked for. The job site was left better than it was when they got here. I got the other part of the job done today. Jagren came out on time, made the driveway and walkway look better than I could have ever imagined. He left the job site nicer than when he got there. I highly recommend you go to LRE if you need foundation work. Excellent work at excellent prices. 

LRE did a great job fixing my foundation. In the crawlspace, almost filled up with sand and roots, the central girder supporting the floor joists had dropped and was close to failure due to ground contact, rot, and termite damage. LRE replaced the girder and supported everything with smart jacks. The quality of the work looks great, and our floor is very close to level for the first time since we bought the house. We're no longer fearful of the house continuing to sink, and I believe we are safe and stabilized for years now. LRE is one of only two foundation repair specialists I called that will do excavation to gain sufficient clearance to do the work. The amount of excavation necessary was considerable because poor drainage around my house had caused the ground level under the house to rise by more than a foot over the years. The crew were very friendly, and in my estimation, highly experienced and qualified to do this very difficult job. I highly recommend LRE, and I will use them again if necessary and recommend them to my friends. Many thanks to Franky, Joseph, Taylor, and others who worked on my project.

Great job to Antonio and this team. From start to finish we were so pleased with this job. Antonio texted before arriving and was right on time. The team worked continuously in the Florida heat. They were exceptionally neat, left the work area as clean as possible, and Antonio and I did a walk-through prior to them completing the job. I appreciate how polite, professional, and courteous the entire team was.

Who knew you could blow foam under a driveway and raise it? Love these guys! Scott was awesome and explained things step-by-step. He was on time, professional, and even responded quickly to questions a week after they were paid! Thank you, LRE, but especially Scott!

The plan was to lift a section of our driveway that had sunk by about an inch. LRE's Scott and Rowan called and came by, and carried out their plan flawlessly. They took their time and prepped everything, even cleaned up when they finished. We are very satisfied with the process and we are looking forward to things staying level for a long time.
