Janet's concrete driveway in Minneola, Florida, had become uneven over time, creating several tripping hazards. In addition, numerous cracks had formed across the surface, gradually worsening with time. Hoping to find a reliable repair solution and avoid the expense of replacing the concrete, Janet reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. After scheduling a free appointment, we sent our Design Specialist to her home to inspect her driveway and assess the damage.
Upon close examination, our Design Specialist determined that the underlying soil had become unstable, causing the concrete slabs to settle and crack. We created a plan to completely level, repair, and stabilize the concrete with our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. After reviewing this plan with Janet, our team first began lifting, leveling, and stabilizing the concrete with PolyLevel. Next, the cracks and joints in the concrete were sealed with NexusPro to prevent further damage and safeguard against water intrusion.
After the successful implementation of the Two-Part Concrete Protection System, Janet’s driveway has been fully restored to its proper, even level and is now permanently stabilized to prevent future settlement damage.
Janet from Minneola, Florida, asked LRE Foundation Repair to inspect a severe tripping hazard that had developed in her concrete driveway in hopes of finding a repair solution. We sent our expert design specialist to take a closer look, and upon arrival, they immediately identified soil settlement as the cause of the slabs shifting and becoming uneven. To fully level and stabilize the concrete, our specialist created a plan to have our team implement our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. With Janet’s approval, our team first began injecting PolyLevel directly beneath the concrete to lift, level, and stabilize the slabs. Next, the cracks that had developed on the surface were sealed with NexusPro to safeguard against further damage and prevent water from seeping below the concrete and creating further settlement issues.
Upon completion, the tripping hazards in Janet’s driveway were completely eliminated, with the concrete now fully leveled and permanently stabilized.
