In Fort Pierce, FL, Joseph noticed that the perimeter of his home’s concrete pool deck had begun to settle, with several areas becoming uneven and cracks forming across the surface. He also discovered voids beneath the slabs and knew he needed an immediate solution before further damage occurred. Joseph contacted us at LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection with one of our expert Design Specialists.
After visiting the home and assessing the pool deck, our specialist confirmed that the underlying soil had washed out, creating large voids beneath the concrete. A comprehensive repair plan was developed to fully repair, level, and stabilize the pool deck using our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, our team injected PolyLevel beneath the concrete to fill the voids and lift the slabs back to their proper level. Next, NexusPro was applied to the cracks to help prevent water from intruding beneath the concrete and causing further soil erosion.
In just a short amount of time, Joseph’s concrete pool deck was fully restored to a safe, even surface and permanently stabilized—allowing him to enjoy his outdoor space with confidence and peace of mind.
LRE Foundation Repair was asked by Letitia in Fort Pierce, Florida, to assist with repairing a section of her concrete driveway which had settled significantly, creating a problematic tripping hazard. We sent one of our Design Specialists to Letitia’s home to conduct a thorough inspection of the driveway. After careful assessment, a comprehensive plan was created to repair the driveway using our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, our team injected PolyLevel directly underneath the settled slabs, effectively lifting them back to their proper, even level and stabilizing the soil below. Next, the cracks in the concrete were sealed with NexusPro to improve curb appeal and prevent water intrusion. Upon completion of the full implementation of the Two-Part Concrete Protection, Letitia’s concrete driveway is now fully repaired and permanently stabilized.
Cheryl and William G. were preparing to list their Port Saint Lucie, FL, home on the market, but wanted to address the sinking driveway before doing so. After scheduling a free inspection with one of our design specialists, soil washout and erosion were identified as being the culprits of the settling concrete. As washout and erosion occur, it leaves the remaining soil unstable enough to hold the weight of the concrete, causing it to sink. Our design specialist recommended our PolyLevel system to lift and re-level this driveway. PolyLevel is a fast-expanding polyurethane foam that works to solidify loose soils and fill voids, while simultaneously lifting concrete back level. Our team was pleased to be able to provide a fast and non-invasive solution to Cheryl and Williams's driveway concerns, so they can get their home on the market.
Jana from Port St. Lucie, FL, requested assistance from LRE Foundation Repair with leveling the concrete pad leading up to her back patio after the underlying soil had washed away, causing it to sink. Following a complimentary inspection by our local Design Specialist, we had our team come out and fill the voids beneath the concrete pad with PolyLevel and carefully lift and level it back into place. Within just a few minutes, the concrete pad leading to the entrance of Jana’s patio was fully restored to its proper level, and given long-lasting and stable support for years to come.
A significant tripping hazard had formed on Ron’s concrete pool deck in Port St. Lucie, Florida when one of the slabs settled into the ground. After calling us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduling a free inspection, one of our Design Specialists visited Ron’s home to examine the pool deck. They found that a previous leak from a pool skimmer had caused the underlying soil to wash away, causing the concrete to sink. To remedy this issue, our team stepped in and injected PolyLevel directly beneath the affected slab, lifting it back into place and creating an even, smooth surface. Ron can now feel at ease when using his pool deck now that the tripping hazard has been permanently removed.
