Members of a homeowner’s association in Palm Harbor, Florida, reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair requesting assistance with fixing a few trip hazards in their community’s concrete sidewalks. Following a thorough inspection by our Design Specialist, we created a comprehensive plan to lift and level the uneven concrete slabs with our PolyLevel solution. After reviewing this plan with the HOA, our team began injecting the Polylevel directly beneath the settled slabs, lifting them back to their proper level and removing the trip hazard. Now the members of this community can safely use their concrete sidewalks without the fear of injury, as the trip hazards have now been permanently removed.
Gregory's concrete driveway in Hernando, Florida, required repairs as the slabs had become uneven, creating a significant trip hazard. Concerned about potential injuries, he asked LRE Foundation Repair for help. An expert Design Specialist discovered that weak soil underneath the driveway had caused the concrete to sink, resulting in an uneven surface. The LRE team successfully raised the sunken slab back to an even level using the PolyLevel solution, which also ensured permanent stabilization of the soil below. With the trip hazard now eliminated, Gregory can now put his injury concerns to rest.
Tim needed to repair the cracks in his driveway before they could spread and grow worse. He invited a Design Specialist from LRE Foundation Repair to his home in Hernando, Florida to conduct a thorough inspection. After verifying that weak soil underneath the concrete had caused it to settle and crack, the specialist recommended the Two-Part Concrete Protection System. This comprehensive solution includes the application of PolyLevel to level and stabilize the settling concrete slabs, along with NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints and prevent water intrusion. Tim chose this solution, and the LRE team promptly began implementing the Two-Part Concrete Protection System, successfully stabilizing the slabs and sealing the cracks. Tim was thrilled with the work done by the LRE team and felt relieved that his driveway issues were now resolved.
A troublesome tripping hazard had developed in Bernard’s concrete driveway at his home in Hernando, Florida, prompting him to reach out to LRE Foundation Repair for a reliable solution. After a thorough inspection by our Design Specialist, we confirmed that soil settlement beneath the driveway had caused the concrete slabs to shift and become uneven. To fix the issue, our team injected PolyLevel beneath the affected slabs, carefully lifting and leveling them to restore a smooth, even surface and ensure long-term stability. In just minutes, Bernard’s driveway was safely leveled, and the tripping hazard was permanently eliminated.
Dave from Largo, Florida, became increasingly worried after spotting large gaps appearing between the stair steps of his home’s front porch staircase, leading him to suspect the structure’s foundation was settling. Concerned about safety and further damage, he reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for help.
Our Design Specialist visited Dave’s property to take a closer look and quickly identified the root of the problem: the soil beneath the stairs had settled, compromising the structure’s support and causing it to sink. We proposed a permanent repair solution that consisted of installing our helical pier system to lift the staircase and permanently restore its stability.
After reviewing the plan and giving our team his approval, Dave observed as our crew got to work. The helical piers were installed deep into solid, load-bearing soil, and the staircase was carefully lifted back to its proper position. With the gaps closed and the structure secured, Dave can now enjoy lasting peace of mind, knowing his front entry’s staircase is once again safe and secure.
