After gopher tortoises burrowed tunnels beneath Jonathan’s concrete driveway in Port St. Lucie, Florida, the resulting voids caused the slabs to crack, sink, and create multiple tripping hazards. Seeking a reliable solution, Jonathan reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for assistance.
Following a thorough inspection by our Design Specialist, we developed a plan to restore the driveway using our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, we injected PolyLevel beneath the concrete to fill the voids, effectively lifting, leveling, and stabilizing the slabs. Then, we sealed the cracks with NexusPro to prevent water infiltration, which could lead to further soil erosion.
With the repairs complete, Jonathan’s driveway was fully stabilized, the slabs leveled, and all tripping hazards eliminated, providing a safe and secure surface for years to come.
