I have some termite damage and know that subfloors need to be replaced but want to know if the damage goes deeper than that. When I bought the house back in 2010 the inspector noted that one of the piers needed some repair. Also, a wildlife pro recommended that I trench and skirt the crawl space to keep critters out but I'm wondering if it would be better to encapsulate.
