Sergio and his crew, Jose and Angel, were true professionals. Sergio called 45 minutes prior to coming out to give me a heads-up of their arrival. Upon their arrival they introduced themselves with firm handshakes and smiles, offered to explain what they would be doing, and asked if we had any questions. When they were getting ready for lunch, Sergio again contacted me to tell me their plans and got right back to work upon their return. Upon completion we talked and exchanged heartfelt thanks.
