When our Design Specialist inspected the property, it became clear that frequent water discharge from a nearby downspout connected to the home’s gutter system had eroded the soil beneath the slabs, causing them to settle and crack. To restore and protect the concrete, our team implemented our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, we injected PolyLevel beneath the slabs to fill the underlying voids and lift the concrete back into a level position. Then, we sealed all cracks with NexusPro to prevent future water intrusion and enhance the appearance of the surface. To address the root cause of the problem, we also connected the nearby downspout to an underground drainage pipe that now carries water to a relief drain positioned safely away from the concrete, preventing further soil erosion. Chris was thrilled with the results—his concrete is now fully leveled, repaired, and protected against future damage.
